Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut aber darauf hat das Hotel keinen Einfluss.

Cons:

Frühstück, obwohl angeboten, wurde ausgeredet.
Trotz geringer Auslastung Zimmer zur Hauptstraße.
Akustisch wie auf dem Hockenheimring.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Leider nur kurz, aber sehr nettes kleines Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel, sehr gute Lage dicht zum Stadtzentrum, Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir früh weg mussten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr besonders hilfreich und aufmerksam.👍

Cons:

Die Tür der Badezimmer-Dusche war etwas eng, eventuell nicht für dickere Menschen geeignet, aber das war vielleicht nur in unserem Zimmer so. Aber auch das läßt sich meistern.

Gutes Hotel für ein Wochenend-Kurztripp
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kommt man fußläufig in die Innenstadt und zu vielen wichtigen touristischen Zielen in Heilbronn. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber gewesen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich extrem aufgeheizt durch mäßige Sonneneinstrahlung. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Es läßt sich zwar durch das Öffnen der Fenster etwas regulieren, aber an extrem warmen Tagen weht dann nur die Warme Luft durch das Zimmer. Ein Deckenventilator kann hier zusätzlich für etwas Zirkulation sorgen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war für mich nicht möglich. Fenster und Wände sind so schlecht isoliert, dass es selbst mit geschlossenem Fenstern sehr störend gewesen ist.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The cleanliness was pristine, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. It is in a perfect location, making it incredibly easy to walk to local attractions and dining spots. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, but what truly set this stay apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist with every request. Excellent value for money—we will definitely be booking this place again on our next trip!

Keine Luftzirkulation im Zimmer bei extremer Hitze. Im Gang und Treppenhaus oder nach oben keine Möglichkeit für einen Durchzug. Wirkungsloser Deckenventilator. Viel zu weiche Matraze. Sehr sehr enges Bad. Unfreundliche Frühstücks“chefin“, ohne Morgengruss. Mit Abstand schlechtestes Hotel seid langem. WHF 0,0%
