The hotel was very close to the blue line subway which was very helpful to our family since we used the subway a lot to get around town.
Rooms were roomy and clean and breakfast was very good, too. However, there was only one towel hook in the bathroom. Since there were three of us staying in the room, it was shard to find a place to hang up our wet towels. Also, there was no luggage rack in the room. Plenty of space to have one in the room but the front desk told me that the hotel does not provide luggage racks...weird. They don't cost that much. Just saying.
Room service is only upon request even though there are no signs anywhere in the rooms to let you know. So we were not aware. We requested room service for our two rooms on the 2nd day and still our rooms were not cleaned. A little disappointing..
The front desk staff was always very helpful with any questions we had and provided us with towels and other necessities since our rooms were not cleaned.
Overall the hotel is nice and looks new or was recently remodeled. However some amenities that are a given in other hotels were not provided at this hotel so for that I will give this hotel a 3.5. Since there is no 3.5 option I will round it up to 4.
Our room was very clean. Electric shades were great.
Room was filled with dog hair, even found in the towels. Housekeeping changed garbage and took dirty towels but did not make beds. Theft of item from room was not addressed and not taken seriously. Noise from street was incredibly loud at all hours, nothing the hotel itself could do about that, just more of an annoyance when trying to sleep. Staff were just there, they did not do anything that would wow me. No where to sit outside without staff advising you outside drinks are not allowed, you must buy from the bar. For what we paid per night plus additional for parking, I would not recommend staying here.
Very clean and spacious, close to the airport. Friendly staff. I also like that the window had a room darkening shade and plenty of lights.
I was given wrong information by two different staff members. One said there was an airport shuttle service available at the time I made my reservation, but when I called the hotel from the airport upon my arrival I was told they had stopped providing that service in April. The other pertained to the contents of the breakfast buffet. I'm on an extremely restricted diet, and that's why I asked. The staff member I asked indicated there would be a particular item on the buffet that I could eat, but when I went the next morning I found that the item wasn't available, and there was literally nothing I could eat.

Bed was very comfortable! Room had great blackout curtains. Breakfast was fantastic!
Booking.com stated there was an airport shuttle to this hotel when I asked before booking and upon arrival to Boston Logan there was NOT a shuttle offered so had to pay for a taxi.
It was advertised to have a free shuttle to the airport but the person at the front desk told me that they stopped that service a while ago.
