The convenience of staying at your hotel for using tje airport, shopping and relaxing was the pefec!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Grateful that you could store our luggage
Useful luggage carts!! Complementary waters were a nice touch.

good hotel to stay close to airport
Pros:

location, fast check in and check out, very appropriate hotel for airport

Convenient for a night layover
Pros:

Just few minutes walk when you get of and on the plane from terminal 3,room is decent , clean, nice shower. Very convenient for one or two days, (nights) layover
I like everything about it.

Great value for the hotel with Onsen

Location - proximity to the airport
Facilities- comes with public Onsen/ hot spring.

Technical issues - check in machine was not functioning properly
Navigation - the hotel is huge and easily get lost

ロケーションは，最高にいいと思います。去年　利用した時にはラゲージケース置く家具がなく不便だと感じましたが今年はきちんと備えられていて大変便利でした。そして大型のスーツケース2個あり重さもかなりありましたが，エレベーターの近くの部屋で大変助かりました。移動距離が短いと大変楽でした。あ

多くのレストランがありますが，もし滞在者デイスカウントがあればとてもいいと思います。近くのマツキヨでは部屋のカードを見せると割引があるので大変助かり購買意欲にも繋がりました。
