Great hotel with nice rooms, wonderful staff and convenient location
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel in Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport. We had a late evening departure time so we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to check in for our flight. Train stations at the hotel make it convenient to make trips into Tokyo. Each staff member that we encountered in the lobby from check-in, check-out and luggage storage were so helpful, attentive and efficient!

Perfectly satisfactory for overnight airport stay, but don't expect luxury.
Pros:

Perfectly satisfactory for overnight airport stay to take a crack-of-dawn flight the next day. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Well located wrt the departure check-in (although a long walk). Bed comfortable and OK shower.

Cons:

Cheap finishes, particularly the bathroom which had a bad smell. The e-checkin didn't work multiple times and would have been better with the human which is what we needed in the end (after having entered the details multiple times already). Hotel is vast and our room was a long walk from reception.

Great choice for stopover between airports in Tokyo
Pros:

Perfect stay for our night stopover in Tokyo after limousine bus transfer from Narita. Convenient, clean & comfortable room. Helpful staff for self-checkin on arrival. Be prepared for a good long walk to your room (good exercise after a long flight), this hotel is huge. Breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choice. Great value, would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing to watch on TV, need to be able to select own language subtitles, need to be able to switch off the Japanese translator if you want to watch the English programs. Otherwise really no problems,
