Great idea to rest inbetween long flights from Syd-UK with a 15hr layover. Easy to get to with free Term 123 shuttle bu
Pros:

Check-in was very efficient. It was very clean, very quiet - didn’t hear any noise outside room, comfortable bed and good bathroom with lovely deep bath to soak away tension of a long flight!

Cons:

Not sign-posted at lower level or until you are walking through to Gardens or included in airport maps (new to Haneda and had to ask multiple people).

Would be good to have room service 24/7 with more than smoked eel. Just wanted something light to eat before sleep. If there was more of a menu I couldn’t find it.
