Pros:

Easy check in process, friendly staff, Close to international airport , good restaurants, shops and train station ( public transport.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast. The breakfast had both Asian style and western options. We particularly enjoyed the Asian style breakfast. The rooms are smaller than I am used to but very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel also provided excellent items such as toothbrush, razors, and other items you might have forgotten to pack. This was very useful to us.

Pros:

Booked 2x beds + 2x futons. Great place and Best choice before taking the fly back to France with our children and ours 9x lugguages...shopping and restaurants are in the same batiment.

À 5 minutes à pied du terminal 3
Pros:

Hyper pratique pour aller au Haneda terminal 3 ! C’est juste 5 minutes à pied. Les restaurants, Lawson sont 2ème étage. Le lit était très confortable et hyper calme.

Cons:

Dans la matinée, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bains.

Overall it was a good stay but don’t expect you can get a help from them

I liked the location, cleaness and amenities.

Cons:

We arrive late. They have a kiosk to check in. No contact check in and out that is fine but i have a problem with kiosk to check in and no one helped me a while since they are busy? But there are at least 4 employees on the counter just next to me and i politely asked i need help to check in. They replied wait a moment and I waited more than 15 minutes. They prefer processing the documents off helping the customer.
