Did not stay, false advertising the room we were given was no way close to what was advertised online, rats running around on the walk way. We tried calling could not get anyone. Ended up staying at the Windham near the airport. Would like to have a refund please.

Nothing. Room was Small and dingy. Rats running around on the sidewalk. We opened the door room was really small, dirty and file odor. We was only in there for approximately 30 seconds and walked out. Tried calling several times no one would answer the phone. Can I please get a refund

Lokalizacja hotelu. W trakcie oczekiwania na apartament mogliśmy za darmo zostawić bagaże w innym hotelu. Ekspress z kawą w pokoju.

Cons:

Ciemno w pokoju, m.in. dlatego, że musieliśmy mieć zaciągnięte rolety - okno wychodziło na okna sąsiedniego budynku. Pokój był dostępny dopiero od godziny zameldowania (pomimo podjęcia przez nas próby skontaktowania się przez whatsup - zgodnie instrukcja od hotelu - z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za sprzątanie w sprawie wcześniejszego zameldowania, nikt nam nie odpowiedział).
Za małe kubeczki na kawę, warto podmienić na większe. Nocowaliśmy w weekend i było słychać wszystko z ulicy. Byliśmy na jedną noc i rano wyjechaliśmy na lotnisko, na dłużej wybralibyśmy coś innego.

La limpieza pésimamente, una de las almohadas tenía sangre. para el precio que cobran la ventana donde estaba la unidad del aire acondicionado horriblemente fea. Además el personal de limpieza excepto esperamos dos días esperando el problema de la cafetera hasta que llegó la supervisora llegó a cambiar la cafetera y la almohada.
