Great staff, clean rooms and the airport shuttle was terrific
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff member was attentive and engaging. She did her job well, while sincerely chatting to guests.
The desk staff were extremely efficient and helpful.lovely people

Cons:

I would have liked a fan in the bathroom and some up dated electrical outlets. Some of the outlets were difficult to plug chargers in to.

Pros:

Our bedroom was quite large with a comfy bed and pillows. The sofa bed was good for our kids, and we requested a crib which was delivered and fit well. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. Nice little coffee area.

Breakfast area is quite large with a nice flow. Quite a few tables and seating areas, though it wasn't enough and people sat in the business center to eat.

Cons:

The pool is a nice size but the hot tub wasn't working. The pool wasn't super warm and it took a bit for our kids to warm up in the shower in our room. There were no towels by the pool area around 11am. This lack of awareness of supplies was present in the breakfast area. The scrambled eggs were baked to the bottom of the warming pan and completely dried out. They were replaced quite a bit later. Bagels weren't well stocked until later.

It was a very pleasant stay and experience!
Pros:

Clean and big Room! Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices including hot sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles. Best ever!
I highly recommend it!

Cons:

The credit card holding for potential charges has been too long, which made me nervous!

A short stay conveniently located near the airport
Pros:

We flew in to Calgary for two nights before visiting family in nearby Cochrane. This hotel fit our needs - our teens enjoyed the swimming pool and we were happy to have a hot breakfast before starting our day.

Cons:

By the time we booked, only a room with one bed plus pull-out couch was available to us - which we didn't mind as two adults and two teens. Despite the fact we had indicated we were four people at the time of booking, there were no linens, pillows, blankets, or towels for this to be a room for four, only for two. We had to ask for all of these things, as well as coffee and cups enough for us all. It felt a little strange to have to hard-scrabble for the items we needed just to make the room function for us four. I was, meanwhile, grateful for the kind staff at the front desk who helped us ultimately with these things.
