Comfortable, Easy and Attentive.
Pros:

I enjoyed staying somewhere that I could relax whilst feeling safe, warm and comfortable. The meals in the restaurant were very good and using room service helped when I was tired. Overall this is a great place to stay. I will make it my go too for future visits.

Cons:

My television wasn't working properly until day 3 when the helpful receptionist came and fixed it for me. On my day of arrival the person on duty didn't fix the problem, so I was left a little confused as to what was available in the hotel. I could have done with the downtime of watching tv as my trip was extremely busy.

Walk everywhere. Be well looked after.

Lovely experience will definitely recommend
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Really love the decor and the glass walls and views. They also let me check in early as my room was ready and available when i arrived which I really appreciated as a tired traveller. The floors are wooden though and so was quite cold in winter so come with your socks/fluffly slippers- but overall this is a minor issue
