No room---rude staff---zero response from the hotel.
Cons:

I called the property (in the middle of the night) and the staff member rudely told me I had booked for the wrong date---when I questioned him again, he said and what time is check in? NO ROOMS! And he hung up on me. I didn't have a chance to ask him to refund my money because he hung up on me. I have requested a refund from the hotel without any response.

The place was very clean, comfortable, nice breakfast.Nothing to complain regarding the facilities

Cons:

The location is not great. There is a train station nearby for manhatten but it takes 40 min ride to reach the nice area of the city.
Also, although the breakfast was good it had no vagetables. For the price they charge, they could serve do better.

Pros:

Emergency stay after my flight got cancelled and TWA was sold out, it was the closest hotel to JFK available.

SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES! SHEETS WETE STAINED ….WOW… this is my first time overlooking such a horrible condition because I am beyond tired at 11 pm. DRIVE THE 1 hour to MANHATTAN!!!
