Great Stay for Family of 4 but will not stay again.
Pros:

Room size is bigger than normal Japanese hotel. I've got Japanese style room. The hotel got different themed room. Room is clean and spacious. Perfect for 4 person stay.

Cons:

After I stayed 1st night (Booked by booking.com) on 12-13 May. I asked the reception staff about the stay on next 2 days. (13-15 May). They quoted me about 70,000 yen. which is reasonable price. I cancelled the stay with ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka and stay here. My son like this hotel. I paid right away and I was asked to get the receipt upon check out. When I came back for a day trip. My keycard can't get in to my floor and I go to night reception. He said I was paid only 1 night. I need to pay 44,000 Yen more for tonight (14-15) stay.

I'm IHG diamond and I cancelled my booked hotel to stay this. 358SORA I didn't make mistake on my checkout. I fully trust and that's why I fully paid right away when I booked. I'm sure that I booked 2 night but night reception still confirmed that I paid for only 1 night.

The strange thng is ... my invoice when I talked with them is not said about 1st night 70,400 Yen. I chased them til they printed out for me. Feel like I got cheated.

Only thing I would like to say. Book via booking.com is the best. You got the email and evidence about your stay which is unable to change by the hotel staff.

Very comfortable room, with friendly staff, not too close to city center.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. They helped us communicate with the courier in Japanese when we left our bag somewhere in the city center!

Cons:

Great if you are interested in the spa, but for visiting Fukuaka, it is a bit far from the city.
