Hôtel de luxe à petit prix hors saison
Pros:

Assez proche de l’aéroport (20 minutes par navette gratuite), très bel hôtel à prix très raisonnable pour Singapour. Magnifique piscine géante.

Excellent hotel, warm and professional service overall.
Pros:

1) Professional and warm treatment at check-in by Sabrina - outstanding 10/10!... just how we like to be treated. PLEASE convey our satisfaction to this employee. 2) excellent rooms, both on this stay and a previous stay a few weeks earlier. 3) Bell service staff very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Service at pool area bar was very poor. Requested an aperol spritz, and had to return it as it was not even close to what it should be. An the barman was very unfriendly when called on the issue. This is not commensurate with a 5-star hotel.
We had dinner in the restaurant and both Thai dishes were well below standard....this under an in-house "Thai Week".

A good choice for a stopover.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful- good bed, good pillow, nice shower and strong WiFi- it ticked all my boxes.

Great in some ways, could be better in other ways
Pros:

Staff were mostly excellent. Room was great. Location was good - not too far from airport

Cons:

Hotel was getting a few updates. No aircon in lobby (only fans), Pool was not the cleanest as it was a little slippery under foot. Pool area bar had no clue how to do an aperol spritz - came out white, and then argued with me when I explained what was wrong.
