Breath taking experience
Pros:

Staff was welcoming, the room is amazing including the personalised greeting message on the screen and the complimentary shuttle is peak!!! They focus on customer first

Location is great, close to the airport however there were a lot of construction and road works around the hotel.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant there was a young man called Casia (sorry not sure how you pronounce his name)

Cons:

Very small thing but the toilet floor could have been cleaned a bit better. There was hair in the floor

Modern, well appointed hotel made for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. For a golfer I imagine it would be excellent. For an overnight stay before flying on it was absolutely fine. The room was large, well appointed and had a (quiet) outlook on the 2 min interval inbound flight path! The bar and restaurant were pleasant and the food good.

Cons:

Access is slightly more convoluted now due to road changes and there is nothing in the immediate vicinity to do. Neither is an issue for an overnight stopover.

Loved the luxury of Dusit Thani - great for a quiet overnight stop
Pros:

Dusky Thani Laguna is a beautifully laid out resort - the staff are very helpful, polite and cheerful.

Cons:

While it’s very convenient, just 15 minutes away from Changi Airport - it’s not located near a train station so you’re kind of stuck - there’s taxis but that will quickly add up!

It was only a stopover. But was a nice Hotel.
Pros:

Room was really nice. Bedding was lovely and comfortable. TV had English speaking stations and movies to watch and even AFL football on.

Cons:

Location was too far from anything. Bookings.com site showed that the room we choose had a city view. Our room was looking at the back of buildings which was disappointing.

Luxe stopover close to airport
Pros:

Comfort plus, with excellent facilities including multiple dining options, a gym and stunning swimming pool. The staff were so friendly and did everything to make our stay special. We were happy with the location close to the airport but it may be a bit out of the way if you’re wanting a city experience.

Cons:

The prices at the day spa - for massages and similar treatments - were well outside our budget.
