Very late shuttle, very dirty
Pros:

I didn’t stay long enough to find out

Cons:

The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up even though I called twice for pick up. I could barely hear the front desk person on the phone and they did not sound interested in helping me. The shuttle itself was filthy dirty and the outside of the hotel is dirty and the lobby is dirty. I walked out instead of staying there and abandoned my reservation. It was a bad experience.

Pros:

Non-carpeted room.

Cons:

Common to other U.S. hotels is the runny eggs and meat for breakfast are unappealing. Other items at breakfast are fine. I’m thankful for the food however. Thank you.

Pros:

Location is close to airport and the rental car terminal. There are 2 plazas close to the hotel with many options for food and coffee. Hotel includes breakfast which was good.

Nice if you don’t crave coffee first thing
Pros:

Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast bar.
My only complaint was, there was no coffee maker in the room which necessitated going down to the lobby. Not a good plan when one has arrived late from the airport.
Please supply coffee makers!

Great layover spot for air travel

Nice and close to the airport with a free shuttle. Affordable pricing for a place to stay after a missed flight connection. Clean hotel. Free breakfast was appreciated.

Everything was great! Except for the shower.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the place was quite clean. The shuttle schedule was excellent!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t clean. There were hairs and soap with short hairs on the wall. Everything else was clean.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. It was close to a great walking trail for me and the dog. The free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus. It was close to great eateries and shopping areas.
