EVERYTHING! Talk about bang for your buck!! It was great to find a hotel in the Seattle area where 4 adults and 3 children could stay and not have it break the bank.

I’ve stayed at this Hotel for a year , and One of the employees who stand out the most in my mind is Clarissa she has a good sense of humor and a good conversationalist and she gives excellent service . I always look forward to seeing her smile after getting off work to stop by and grab a beverage from her. Very friendly staff !

We had a really long day and got to the hotel late. We just wanted a drink and a good night sleep. We had dealt with some people along the way who were not very friendly and we were a bit discouraged. However, when Clarissa took our order, she was amazing. She was polite and welcoming. She demonstrates the type of incredible hospitality that can set Marriott apart. I travel frequently and am a lifetime Gold Member with Marriott. She is one of the best bartenders I have had the pleasure to meet. Thanks!

This is a great hotel - clean, quiet, and amazing staff. Free breakfast is high quality led by very friendly workers. Dominic, Anita, and Bheng show extreme kindness and positivity every morning. Thank you for a great week!

Our family stayed at the hotel for more than two months, and during that time it truly became our home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the staff was consistently warm, friendly, and professional. What stood out most was the way they greeted our family by name each day with genuine smiles, making us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout our stay.

The breakfast crew was especially impressive, balancing the fast pace of their work while still taking the time to build personal connections with guests day after day. Their kindness and positive energy never went unnoticed.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained at all times. It was clear that every member of the staff takes great pride in their work and pays close attention to even the smallest details. That level of care and hospitality made a lasting impact on our family and truly helped make a difficult season in our lives a little brighter.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the Seattle area. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, but the staff are the best part. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to shout-out Carlo and the breakfast crew of Dominic, Anita, and Bheng. If I could give them all a raise, I would. They make each stay spectacular and are the reason why I keep coming back to this hotel

The breakfast spread was really good. There were different varieties and options everyday which I loved.
The location was close to the airport but far from the central city. It was good for my conference location but not great for when I wanted to do sight seeing due to the distance.

As a frequent business traveler who returns to the Element Seattle Sea-Tac every six weeks, I can say without hesitation that this is the only hotel I'll stay at in the area. The reasons are simple: exceptional staff, a spotless property, and rooms that are genuinely comfortable after a long day of travel. From the moment I walk in, I feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation — and that starts at the front desk with Lynette. She greets me by name, with a warm smile, and has my room key ready before I even reach the counter, every single time.

The breakfast experience is equally impressive, thanks to Dominic, Anita, and Bheng. These three are the definition of hospitality — friendly, attentive, and consistently outstanding in their service each morning. Like Lynette, they greet me by name and with a smile, which sets a positive tone for my entire workday. It's rare to find a team this dedicated, and they deserve every bit of recognition they receive.

The hotel itself never disappoints — the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the property is always immaculately clean, which is non-negotiable for me when I'm on the road. Amanda is outstanding, attentive, welcoming, and incredibly hardworking. She creates an experience that makes guests want to return. Truly one of the best!

Love this hotel, it is my GO TO for safety, price, location and Amanda at the bar is a joy! Sitting to recap the day on the laptop with a cold drink and her smile is fantastic!
