We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were lucky enough to have the pool room to ourselves each time we wanted to swim. I loved having a king-size bed in a room to myself while my son had the living room/pull out sofa. Loved having a full kitchen with fridge and a real freezer.
The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed 3.5 days and our room was tidied and provided with fresh towels twice during our stay.
We stayed in an accessible hotel room. The controls for curtains, AC, and light switches were at a decent height for a wheelchair user who has use of their arms.
My son did not like the pull-out bed; he said it had stains. He found the couch to be uncomfortable to sleep on. The living room space was very small, and if you pulled out the sofa bed, it took up the entire space.
Breakfast options were disappointing, and the food that was offered was not great. We ended up eating breakfast out most days.
We stayed in an accessible hotel room. Weirdly, this room was as far from the elevator as you could get. The door to get in is very heavy. shower was very small, but had a very sturdy shower chair attached to the wall.
The location of the hotel is ideal being close to the mall and restaurants as well as the freeway and airport. The staff was welcoming and engaging through the stay during the work week. The rooms were updated and modern along with a cozy feel. The living room and the kitchenette was functional, practical and clean. The breakfast was healthy and had a wide options.
The ambiance of the hotel is modern, open yet cozy and good value. The only negative comment was the amount of noise that can be heard by adjacent rooms and those on floors above the room. Two of the four nights in the room there was enough noise to be woken up multiple times. Overall good value though.
Seattle hidden Gem.
Breakfast or Bar? I love this hotel. Not far from downtown, Airport, great restaurants and if you are navigating the entire Metri it’s been my go to location.
Breakfast has an amazing buffet and the outside, foyer and lobby are amazing. Amanda at lobby bar was the highlight. Perfect Energy, amazing local recommendations and genuine interaction. She makes a mean old fashion. I watched her pivot that classic to cater a Mezcal, Bourbon, or whiskey. As a foodie and cocktail connoisseur, I watched her make the evening amazing for everyone posting up or pre-event-cocktail or night cap.
Ask for the AM Special, extra cherry and shell craft perfection uniquely to your taste.
Amazing hotel.
Great time clean rooms however the nightly cheese spread was a little weak. As someone who travels a lot and spends plenty of time in elements. I expected meats and cheese and fruit and honey. Very weak in those regards.
However Amanda was amazing and highly recommend visiting her.
This was one of our favorite hotel stays, and we travel often. Fergie at check-in was wonderful. Lynette at checkout was wonderful. I’m not sure our bartender’s name, but she was also fantastic and I wish I remembered her name.
We felt safe in the parking lot and the surrounding area and all of the amenities were fantastic, including the gym.
I had an amazing experience at the hotel, rooms and amenities are very clean and the bar staff was very engaging and welcoming. Amanda and particular is awesome. I really appreciate her attention to detail and her level of Service. This is now my go to when visiting Seattle.
The Element is my home away from home while in Seattle. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Especially Amanda who manages the bar. She makes everyone feel welcome and the service is outstanding
Stayed here in June and was a definite place to stay a second time. Hotel staff is amazing and to top it off Amanda at the lounge offered top notch service.
Amanda provided excellent service and hospitality. Thank you!
Thank you Amanda! Bar experience was the best !
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The linen has weird smell. Many weird noises from facilities.
As a titanium elite member have been to many Marriott’s and had good service but Clarissa in the bar was amazing. She was on top of her game and took great care of my group. She is very nice and very helpful.

Great place to be near the Seattle Area. Love the breakfast items and love the wonderful staff. Shout out to these wonderful people - Adrian, Trevor, Linette, Nathaniel, Dong, Chris, Christian, Jodi, Ruby, Ma, Eulalia and Carlo
Thank you for 5 wonderful stays
The entire staff at the Element Sea-Tac Tukwila were wonderful. These exceptional employees need acknowledged and rewarded for their extreme helpfulness and friendliness:
Lynette at the front desk-
Dominic, Anita and Bheng from the Breakfast Crew.
Lynette and Dominic were the most accommodating, caring, kind and sociable people. They made ourtrip to Seattle wonderful and we’re looking forward to returning.
I wouldn't have stayed, if I couldn't have ate breakfast everyday, and been greeted by Dominic, Anita, and Bheng! Every morning, these three would greet me by name, making me feel special, I deeply appreciate the hearts of these people, and the food that they prepare for the guest consumption, they're doing a great job, and thus far, this has been one of the best places I've stayed in my 8 years of being a traveling technician.
Everything was amazing, from the food to the location, staff, and room. It was very warming to have staff so sweet. Everyone was so nice but Dominic, Anita, and Bheng were extremely friendly.
We liked everything about the hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was awesome! like eating at home.

Clarissa is an amazing bartender who made my experience unforgettable! She is funny, sweet, and has such a great personality that makes you feel welcome right away. The drinks she crafted were incredible! She created them using her own knowledge and expertise. Everything she recommended was delicious, and it was clear she truly knows her craft. I had the best time ever and can't wait to come back and see her again!
Clarissa is a amazing bartender, very professional I’m definitely coming back just for her.
Amazing bartender Clarissa is killing it
And as an ambassador of Marriott she is delivering at a 5 Starr rate
