Room was great. Facilities need a lot of work
Pros:

Pretty place. Nice rooms

Cons:

Scenery around the hotel is hideous, no good picture spots. No pool or hot tub. We were told different times about the bar on the 11th floor but was never open any time we checked. Paying extra to park at a hotel you’re already paying for is inconvenient and a money grab.

Pros:

Location was wonderful and the weight room was great

Cons:

Staff was not friendly, the toilet clogged and no one ever came to fix it, we didnt feel welcomed at all, the parking was a joke and no one was willing to help.

Pros:

The room was nice, and atmosphere was nice.

Cons:

I paid through booking.com. I expected a amenities fee, and was told when I got there I owed $140, but when I looked at my account it was $194. Just a lot of confusion about the extra.
