Reverb always has great service, lower parking cost and it’s a win.
Pros:

2nd time staying there and staff was great as usual.

Cons:

The parking cost is HIGH. Most hotels in the area are a bit cheaper. It also went up from the first time I was there. Excellent parking facilities but they could bring the cost down that adds significantly to your cost.

I didn't like how they hid the fees from you until u get there after you already paid they ask you to pay atleast another 200 dollars all together i think thats a little ridiculous

Wonderful hotel with the best staff members
Pros:

Excellent location if you are visiting the Mercedes stadium. The rooms are huge and the friendliest staff members.

Cons:

Not specific to this hotel, but I don't think guests should pay for parking.

Over all, very good. Except the misquoted parking cost and no coffee machine.
Pros:

3-4 years in a row I have stayed her for a soccer game. The staff, atmosphere and guest interaction has always been great.... even for us away team fans.

Cons:

I was told my parking (self parked) for one night would be $30. It was $53 on my bill and our coffee machine did not work.

It was vibe everybody’s was chill and nasty! Drinks was good

Cons:

I didnt like the outside elevator it had very bad smell and than like the floor we was on I didn’t like how the chair is over there by ice it give that area a bad smell
