I have no complaints
The convenience to my son’s college campus, and the parking garage.
Couldn’t find the restaurant amenities. Never knew where breakfast was.
Breakfast is bad
One of the lights in our room was broken, hanging from the ceiling by tape, the bathroom door didn’t even stay closed. We had to hold it closed for each other. The breakfast wasn’t included, and if you get breakfast they automatically add 25% gratuity, but for what? The breakfast is self serve so what am I tipping for? So another $100 just for a crappy self serve hotel breakfast. Parking wasn’t included. It was another $65. I paid them $400 dollars and then on top that they wanted us to pay for everything else additionally. It was terrible. What exactly did I pay $400 for? Because the room itself IS NOT $400 worthy. I would never stay here again.
Everything. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone.
Everything
Nothing
The coffee machine did not work at all, including the inability to dispense even hot water.
The room was advertised as a “smart room,” but the Alexa device was completely non-functional, despite confirming all devices were plugged in.
When using basic appliances, the electrical system malfunctioned—plugging in a hair dryer caused the lights in the bathroom, hallway, and mirror to shut off entirely.
While showering, the bathroom lights flickered on and off unpredictably, forcing us to stop and at times use our phone flashlight just to see.
During the night, the room lights turned on by themselves multiple times, disrupting our sleep.
The refrigerator did not keep food or beverages cold, leaving everything lukewarm.
These issues significantly impacted our stay and demonstrate that the room was not in proper working condition.
Clarence was excellent when checking in. The staff at the parking garage was top notch. The night staff did a great job wrestling the needs of the guest against those people there for a show. Cooks were great re-firing the grill for a last minute order. All and all everything was great.
The price for breakfast was a bit high. $19.98 per person is much especially when it comes to younger adults (under 16). There's no way around it, but the foot traffic and noise through the hallways after the show was awakening. Again, not much you can do when its a show night
