Konumu ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, ancak temizlik ve check-in süreci beklentimizin altında kaldı.
Pros:

Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltısı da çok başarılıydı; Türk mutfağına yakın, zengin ve lezzetli seçenekler sunuluyordu. Kahvaltıyı gerçekten çok beğendik. Ayrıca ücretsiz otopark hizmetinin bulunması da bizim için önemli bir avantajdı.

Cons:

Otele saat 14.00 civarında check-in için geldiğimizde, odanın hazırlanması için yaklaşık bir saat beklemek zorunda kaldık. Odayı teslim aldıktan sonra yatak çarşafında vücut tüyleri olduğunu fark ettik; oda yeterince temizlenmemişti. Durumu bildirdikten sonra çarşaflar değiştirildi ve gerekli temizlik yapıldı.

Tek kullanımlık terlikler yalnızca talep üzerine verildi. Ayrıca havuz beklediğimizden daha küçüktü.

The staff were exceptional. Lovely modern rooms.
Pros:

The hotel room was lovely and spacious for a family of four. Very modern aesthetic. Staff was amazing. Allowed us extended checkout and when my daughter wasn't well they offered us a room so she could lie down and sleep even though we had already checked out. Staff going above and beyond to help. The humanity was beautiful

Spacious and very close to the old town.
Pros:

The Location was top! Very friendly personal in the hotel. We had a spacious room for our Family of 4 and the swimming pool was the cherry on top.

Cons:

We were happy there was a parking spot available, but to be honest, it is challenging to park. Luckily the personnel was very helpfull in getting us parked.

Struttura carina, vicino al centro, con una buona colazione.

Vicinissima al centro storico. Buona colazione e staff molto gentile.

Cons:

La finestra in camera, in vetro cemento, era priva di tenda (luce al mattino). Per arrivare a piedi alla struttura c’è una salita non brevissima. Abbiamo dovuto fare più volte molte piccole richieste (fornitura tappetino doccia, sostituzione bustine thè in stanza, sostituzione lampadina mancante in una delle lampade, etc.)

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, personale molto gentile, tutto è andato per il meglio
Pros:

La posizione è ottima per visitare Sarajevo. La colazione molto buona e abbondante. La piscina con il fatto che è interna non è confortevole.

Cons:

La totale assenza di un bar, al di fuori dell’orario della colazione non è possibile avere neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua.

Struttura molto vicina al centro.

Cons:

La pulizia della struttura in generale lascia molto a desiderare. Colazione molto basica, caffè espresso e cappuccino a pagamento. Le foto da Booking risalgano all’apertura andrebbero aggiornate.
