Pros:

员工态度很亲切，见面都会问候。房间很大很舒适。酒店在一个坡上的小路里。路口就有便利店很方便，就是走路上坡有点累。

Das Hotel ist süß und modern, das Personal sehr freundlich, professionell und nett.

Cons:

Wir wurden im Dachgeschoss einquartiert. Leider im Sommer bei 39°C nicht optimal da die Klimaanlage erstmals nicht anging aber vom Personal und einem Techniker wurde das Problem schnell behoben.
Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Pool der sehr schön ist und sauber, jedoch waren die LED Beleuchtung oberhalb aus und der Wasserfall am Pool leider aus.

Pros:

Osebje je prijazno in ustrežljivo. Za zajtrk je zelo veliko izbire, tudi za otroke je poskrbljeno. Soba je bila zelo velika, svetla, posteljnina ter brisače čiste. Zagotavljajo brezplačno parkirišče, vendar ga je potrebno vnaprej rezervirati preko e-pošte. Center Sarajeva je blizu, zato se lahko tja odpravite peš. Piko na i vsekakor predstavlja manjši hotelski bazen, kamor smo se zatekli po napornem dnevu. Toplo priporočamo.

Vse je bilo nad pričakovanji.

Pros:

Super schönes Hotel mit herrlichem Zimmer. Der Ausblick war gigantisch und ich wäre, im Nachhinein betrachtet, gerne noch länger geblieben.
Ich fand's Klasse dass ein eigener Parkplatz und ein Pool vorhanden ist.
Das Personal ist sehr cool drauf und man kann sich sehr gut unterhalten.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff!
Pros:

The location is excellent within walking distance to the old city and all the main points of interest.
Staff is excellent, helping and nice.

Cons:

To get there is a bit challenging with the narrow streets.
We climbed the stairs and there were pretty dirty.

Pros:

I liked everything. Hotel is new and all facilities are good. Staff was fantastic, they let us check in before the normal time and welcomed us with tea :)

Cons:

The location was really good, close to the city center but hotel located at a little bit higher place of city as you have to walk a little bit uphill, so its somehow difficult in hot weather, but it is not fault of hotel :)))) the last floor is like attic so it was a little bit hot.

Pros:

Centrico, buen desayuno, trato muy amable.

Cons:

Lavabo, muy nuevo diseño bonito, pero no practico.
El lavabo esta enfrente de la ducha.
El espacio de la ducha mal diseñado, no hay cerramiento y se moja la puerta del lavabo, los bajos de dicha puerta ya mostraban signos de deterioro.
