Tolle Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Berliner Tor Haltestelle. Eine perfekte Hoteloption in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum! Das Zimmer war sauber genug und mit moderne Architektur. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Hamburg war ein Traum!

Wir mögen (trotz unseres Alters) diese Art von Hotels, die ja eher an ein jüngeres Publikum adressiert ist. Die Crew ist nett und bemüht, deine Wünsche zu erfüllen; die Atmosphäre völlig entspannt. Das Frühstück (incl. schmackhaftem Kaffee) sollte für den Normalnutzer absolut ok sein.

Cons:

Wer auf die Anfahrt per Auto angewiesen ist, sollte irgendwie die Chance haben, einen Parkplatz zu reservieren (vielleicht auch in der Nähe), aber dann mit sicherem Ergebnis. Bei der Zimmereinrichtung könnte man nochmal über Details nachdenken, beispielsweise die Positionierung der Handtücher im Bad oder die Bestückung der Garderobe mit flexiblen Aufhängungen.

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück in Ordnung, S- und U-Bahn in der Nähe (10 min), die Bar hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet, Abendessen gibt es bis 22 Uhr, es gibt kostenlose Schließfächer zur Gepäckaufbewahrung und einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Gesellschaftsspielen

Cons:

Frühstück etwas zu teuer, es gibt keinen Schrank im Zimmer, der Straßenlärm in den Zimmern zur Vorderseite des Hotels ist nachts doch sehr laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster war es in Ordnung

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war zugewandt, locker und cool. Dass man vom Personal geduzt wird, bricht das snfängliche Gefühl von Fremdheit auf.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig, für jeden Geschmack.Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe der Haupt- Ubahnlinie U 3. Das Bett bequem und das Bad wirklich spitzte.

Cons:

Es gab nur ein Laken für uns beide. Allerrdings war das so groß, dass wir einigermaßen damit klarkommen. Der Ferseher reagierte nicht so wie wir wollten.
