Pekný a čistý hotel vo výbornej polohe s príjemnými izbami, no celkový dojem výrazne pokazila podpriemerná úroveň raňajo

Cons:

Na Booking.com boli raňajky prezentované ako výnimočné, podľa našej skúsenosti však boli skôr podpriemerné. Za barom sa nachádzal veľký profesionálny pákový kávovar, napriek tomu bol hosťom k dispozícii iba nekvalitný samoobslužný automat. Pred ním sa neustále tvoril rad a navyše sa opakovane kazil alebo vôbec nefungoval. Väčšina ponúkaných koláčov pôsobila ako polotovary.

Na televíznej obrazovke v izbe hotel propagoval, že počas raňajok pripravuje čerstvé smoothie. Nám ho však nikto neponúkol a počas celého pobytu sme nevideli ani jediného hosťa, ktorý by ho dostal.

Večere formou bufetových stolov boli ešte väčším sklamaním. Výber jedál bol slabý a pri bufete nebola prakticky žiadna obsluha, ktorá by dohliadala na servírovanie a priebežne upravovala ponuku. Hostia sa preto v jedle pri naberaní doslova prehrabávali a po krátkom čase pôsobilo celé občerstvenie neupravene a vôbec nie reprezentatívne – dokonca aj v prípade jedál, ktoré mohli chuťovo byť dobré.

Personál hostí neusádzal ani neusmerňoval pri obsadzovaní stolov. Veľké stoly určené napríklad pre osem ľudí tak často obsadili iba dve osoby, zatiaľ čo väčšie skupiny museli dlho čakať, pretože si nemali kam sadnúť. Pri správnej organizácii zo strany personálu by sa pritom dostupná kapacita dala využiť omnoho lepšie.

Celková úroveň večerí bola na päťhviezdičkový hotel jednoducho neprimeraná. Napokon sme sa radšej chodili večerať do okolitých reštaurácií.

Es war sehr schön tolle Lage .Rechts Sand links Kieselstein Strande .genau im Zentrum.
Tolles Personal alles erklärt.

Cons:

Also man muss dort immer rechnen 30€ pro paar liegen am Strand und 25€ für Parkplatz pro Tag . An sonst ok .

Izuzetno uredan, čist i uređen hotel. Osoblje fantastično. Osiguran parking. Bazen sa pogledom. Lokacija hotela savršena. Sve pohvale.

Cons:

Hotel posjeduje kongresne sale u kojima se, predpostavljam, održavaju i svadbe, pa je u restoranu bilo malo mjesta.

Pros:

The location and the indoor pool.

Cons:

Really below average bedrooms for a 5* hotel in terms of space and the overall mid quality of the furniture and design. The shower had no pressure and the water was cold. Extra charge for parking and for a baby cot.

A szálloda kiváló elhelyezkedésű, igényes, tiszta, kutyabarát, remek reggelivel, kényelmes szobákkal és rendkívül kedves

Szuper helyen van, közel a parthoz, és a központhoz is.
A reggelinél bőséges a választék, nagyon finom ételek vannak!
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész!
Kutyával érkeztünk, külön bekészítés van a négylábúaknak ❤️ Fekhely, takaró, etető es itatótál.
A berendezés ízléses, a szobák kellően nagyok, az ágy nagyon kényelmes! Tisztaság tökéletes!
