My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location, decorations, restaurant.
The staff was polite friendly and ready to assist.
The place was clean and quiet.

Cons:

In our room: The sofa had a broken leg.
The microwave had to be replaced.
One of the window shades was hard to open or close

Cons:

Canceled my stay since they didn't have parking for us. They allowed people from a concert from down the street to park at the hotel and didn't have parking for individuals who actually purchased a room from them. Their suggestion was to park in the street or offer the Starbucks security some cash to park in their lot. Horrible customer service and they didn't care about the inconvenience they caused their guest.
