Don't Book
Cons:

Canceled my stay since they didn't have parking for us. They allowed people from a concert from down the street to park at the hotel and didn't have parking for individuals who actually purchased a room from them. Their suggestion was to park in the street or offer the Starbucks security some cash to park in their lot. Horrible customer service and they didn't care about the inconvenience they caused their guest.

un comentario nomas, fuimos a visita de dr. y necesitaba entrar mas temprano me realizaron cirujia de ojo . y tuve que esperar hasta las 3 pm . eso no me gusto, porque pues considero que soy cliente frecuente.
