Struttura nuova e molto bella. Camera spaziosa con bella vista nare. Zona piscine meravigliosa. Colazione super e anche cena molto buona ed abbondante

Un nove che si è trasformato in otto....
Pros:

La struttura è decisamente di alto livello e per quanto riguarda la camera, la pulizia e il personale non c'è nulla da dire, tutto ottimo.
Anche la cucina si rivela essere raffinata e particolarmente curata e i complimenti vanno certamente allo chef nonché al personale di sala.
L'ambiente delle piscine è confortevole e rilassante al punto giusto e non emergono particolari punti negativi (eccetto uno).
Il bar della piscina offre tante soluzioni, sia per gli adulti che per i bambini e il personale addetto è decisamente simpatico e alla mano.
Concludendo quindi si è trattato di un weekend positivo che non può far altro che decidere di consigliare il soggiorno alle mie amicizie.

Cons:

Non tutte le ciambelle riescono con il buco e anche qui sono emersi dei punti negativi (peccato).
Elenchiamoli:
- essendo in mezza pensione non immaginavo lontanamente di dover pagare il coperto separatamente (ho soggiornato in parecchie strutture ricettive, quasi sempre in mezza o completa pensione, e mai mi è stato addebitato un costo extra) ;
- per quanto l'elenco delle varie portate non sia particolarmente lungo (ma va bene così), non ho affatto gradito di dover pagare un sovrapprezzo per alcuni particolari piatti presenti nel menù a disposizione dei clienti con trattamento in mezza pensione. Come sopra, non mi sono mai imbattuto in tale strategia commerciale e, a mio parere, risulta essere un autogol per la direzione della struttura. Sarebbe meglio cambiare l'elenco dei piatti a disposizione senza mettere eventuali extra da pagare.

A mixed stay.
Pros:

Pool was nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast - there was lots of stuff there and it was all clean but nothing to get excited about.

Cons:

We are not party-people so the White Party that was on from 8pm to 1am the first night we arrived caught us off guard. Maybe if we knew about it in advance we could have got dressed up and attended. But anyway, we could hear clearly the music in our rooms so our kids got treated to some loud thumping 90s dance music, it was a cultural experience and that's probably what the staff at the desk were thinking when I asked if the music can be turned down. If you like to party you can ask the hotel if there's another White Party on when you are staying there.

Confermo la mia opinione positiva!
Pros:

Sono tornata in questo hotel per la seconda volta. Molto pulito, staff gentile, ottima colazione. Spazio piscina riservato e accogliente. Parcheggio in struttura.

Cons:

Posizione leggermente fuori dal centro di Marsala, ma se si ha la macchina in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, pulita, personale professionale, ottimo parcheggio e buona posizione.
Davvero un’ottima esperienza

Cons:

Teli mare a 2 euro potrebbero essere gratuiti per chi frequenta la piscina, poca spesa ma tanta cortesia.
Per il resto tutto perfetto.
