Good location, kind service, good breakfast, good stay.
Pros:

The location, the staff service and the place in general was good.

Cons:

The pillows. Also, there was not enough bath gel or soap. There were some insects on the floor.

Cons:

Hubo mucha presión a la hora de la limpieza, aún cuando la salida era para otro día. Entendemos que la persona probablemente tiene un horario establecido, el tema es que si uno NO tiene su salida, a veces quiere disfrutar un poco más en la habitación

El desayuno muy bueno. Y la atención de la cocinera, su amabilidad y simpatía, excelente!! Nos hizo pasar un rato muy agradable.

Cons:

La habitación necesita mejoras de pintura, el baño pequeño e incómodo, y se percibían malos olores. Solo había una almohada para cada persona. Algunas luces no encendían. No había hielo disponible, y el dispensador de agua estaba vacío. Los encargados de la recepción deberían ser más empáticos y comunicativos.

EL DESAYUNO Y LO ASEADA QUE ESTABA LA HABITACIÓN.

Cons:

EN LA HABITACIÓN SE ESCUCHABA TODO RUIDO EXTERIOR, RUIDOS DEL SEGUNDO PISO, RUIDO DE HABITACIÓN CONTIGUA. LA HABITACIÓN DABA AL PARQUEO Y TODA LA NOCHE LA LUZ DEL PARQUEO SE FILTRABA A LA HABITACIÓN.

EL AGUA CALIENTE FUNCIONA CON CALENTADOR, POR LO QUE REQUIERE MUCHO TIEMPO PARA QUE CALIENTE.

HABÍA UN VENTILADOR DE TECHO, EL CUAL NO FUNCIONABA PORQUE NO TENÍA INSTALADO EL BOTÓN DE ENCENDIDO.
