You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The room is a comfortable size and includes a microwave and mini-fridge. For an extra fee, you can request a room with a kitchenette. The parking lot is spacious and free. It's cheap

Cons:

The cleaning service is not good; there is no cleaning service during your stay, and you have to request personally to the staff to change towels or other necessary items. There is no security within the complex, so there is a lot of insecurity and homeless people around. There's no ice machine, which is really necessary in Florida and with mini-fridges. They're having a bit of a problem with mold and some insects. There is no swimming pool.

I want a refund because i did not stay in that roach infested hotel room. I need all my money back.
Pros:

No i did not stay there, when i first got into my room i immediately saw roaches on the entrance door crawling around.

Cons:

I looked inside the bathroom and saw more roaches inside the shower.

Cons:

O hotel parece abandonado, foi o pior hotel que já fiquei em toda a minha vida, não tem Wi-Fi, não tem camareira, não tem secador de cabelo, quando eu cheguei tinha uma barata no banheiro, as condições são precárias, e quando vc chega eles te pedem 50$ de depósito em cash, eu nunca mais voltarei e acho um absurdo esse hotel está no booking, não fiquem aqui!!!!

No booking falam que você não tem outro custo, mas ao chegar no local fui cobrada de um valor “caução” o dobro do valor da estadia sem sequer ser citado no booking
