Pleasent two night stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the Huc Bridge and is easy walking distance to the many attractions in the old quarter and French quarter of Hanoi. The room was quite large for the price. There was a beautiful balcony with plants and views of the other hotels in the area. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.

Pros:

Moved here from another hotel , the staff at front desk were exceptional especially Lim Le ! The room is very comfortable and the bed is 5 star hotel worthy. Great room facilities and really nice to stay in Old quarter. The breakfast is also really good and great value for money ,If you are considering it I would look no further

We were overcharged and mis communicated drink prices on the roof and the employee charging us was a little unhelpful when we brought this up and pulled what seemed to be a random price out of the air , other than that it was perfect

Excellente situation - Personnel très attentif - Chambre très bien insonorisée - buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent

Cons:

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas aux photos du site Booking. Prenant en compte les photos dans la rubrique "détails de la chambre", j'avais fait le choix d'une chambre avec vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse et d'une chambre avec 3 fenêtres (dont 1 dans la SDB). C'était une surprise pour ma famille. A notre arrivée, rien de tout cela : aucune vue depuis la terrasse sauf sur des toits et des immeubles en montant sur l'escalier de secours (!), terrasse sans intérêt, chambre plus exigüe, 1 seule fenêtre. J'ai exprimé ma grande déception qui a été entendue par le personnel : il nous a été proposé de changer d'hôtel mais, fatigués par le voyage, nous avons préféré rester sur place (de toute façon la surprise était gâchée...). On nous a alors proposé des mesures de compensation ( réduction de 10 %, check-out tardif, massage et trajet hôtel-aéroport en taxi). Passée la déception, je dois reconnaître que le personnel a été particulièrement attentif à notre situation.

シャワー以外は満点です。
Pros:

ロケーションは旧市内でちょっと頑張れば色々な見どころへ徒歩で行ける便利な場所です。街歩きも楽しめます。
スタッフの皆さん全員、丁寧で親切な対応をして頂けました。特に最終日、深夜便でしたがチェックアウト後でもシャワーが使え着替えも含め快適でした。
また週末でgrab車がホテル前まで入れないのですが、ボーイさんに乗れる場所まで荷物持って案内してもらい感激。

Cons:

唯一の問題点、シャワーの水温が安定せず周期的に火傷しそうな温度に上がってまた下がるの繰り返しでした。
