Stilvolles Stadthotel in idealer Lage mit komfortablem Zimmer, inklusive guter Betten und Dusche. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück in schönem Raum. Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz Lage im turbulentem Old Quarter war unser Zimmer 401 ruhig und sogar mit einem kleinen Balkon. Stabiles Wlan!

Cons:

….wir waren 6 Nächte vor Ort und leider waren im Nebenzimmer 3 Nächte lang eine etwas lautere Familie……da hat das Hotel natürlich nur bedingt Einfluss……

Elegantes Stadthotel mit bestem Service und Frühstück

Das Personal, das Frühstück, die Dachterrasse, das Zimmer, die Lage direkt am See, wir waren rundum begeistert. Wir wurden mit einem Kuchen zu unserem Jahrestag beim Frühstück überrascht, das war sehr herzlich und wir waren sehr gerührt. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants von der Rezeption.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of The Old Quarter
Pros:

Anna, at central reservations for all La Sinfonia hotels, was amazing. She and her staff will take care of all your needs. They will book you tours with all the top guides. A true 5-star experience.

I would have liked a small fitness room.

Totally recommend! Great value for money and ideal location
Pros:

Prompt email replies even before we stepped in the hotel made our start of the holiday smooth.

Room was as described and clean. Mattress and beds were comfortable.

Great location if you dont have long in Hanoi and want to explore in a few days and be in the hustle and bustle of things. Hotel is along a very busy street but once you stepped into the hotel, it felt really calming and serene. Our room which was on the road side was clearly very well soundproofed.

Staff were attentive and polite. A special shout out to Lam who went above and beyond to make our stay in Hanoi great! Thank you so much Lam!

Cons:

If i really had to nitpick, i'd say the a la carte menu at breakfast could be improved. Husband ordered avocado on toast and they came as 3 tiny bruschettas. I think sometimes just sticking to the classic is best.

I had green curry aubergine and flavours were lacking and it was completely cold.

Rest of breakfast was great. Good variety.

Pros:

スタッフの対応、ホテルの清潔さ、雰囲気全て良かったです。ルーフトップバーで使える一杯無料券ももらえます。体調を崩してレイトチェックアウトも有料ですがすぐに対応してくれ、温かい飲み物など必要か聞いてくれました。

最高だった。機会があればまた宿泊したい。It was brilliant. I’d love to stay there again if I get the chance.

とにかくスタッフがみんなとても感じがよかった。希望に全て答えてくれた。
バイクをレンタルさせてもらったことによって広範囲の移動が可能になり、いい経験になった。

朝食も毎日少しずつ違って楽しめた。こじんまりとしたレストランとルーフトップバーは気持ちがよく、
部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃してくれた。
ホアンキエム湖のすぐ近くで花火がよく見えてとてもいい思い出になった。
コンビニも近くにあり全く困らなかった。

深夜便だったので、チェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってくれてホテルに戻ったらシャワーも使わせてくれて
すっきりした気持ちで帰国便に乗れた。

同じところに泊まりたがらない連れも「また泊まりたい」と珍しく言っていた。
