الموقع ممتاز الموظفين خدومين نظافة المكان رشاش المويه ، قريب منه مطعم يله مصري حلال المنطقه الي جوله مخدومه بالكامل وجنب البحيره والفعاليات نهاية الأسبوع

Exceptional Hospitality & Perfect Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at La sinfonia. The ambience was lovely, and the property was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was perfect and made it very convenient to explore old quater.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. What truly stood out was the amazingly supportive staff, who were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for all of us when we had to leave early for our trip to Ninh Binh. It reflected the hotel's excellent hospitality and care for its guests.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

スタッフがとても親切だった。
立地も良くホアンキエム湖まで徒歩3分、水上人形劇までも徒歩5分程でした。
あと、建物の内装がフレンチコロニアルで素敵だった。
ルーフトップバーから見る湖とサンセットも素敵だった。

Exceptional stay in the Old Quarter, attentive staff, good breakfast, cocktail and sauna/spa
Pros:

The best thing of this hotel is the staff. They are so helpful and attentive. They were very nice welcoming me to the hotel, gave me so many useful suggestions on where to eat, what to do. They gave me a few welcome drinks when I got back my room just because I was too tired with the heat of Hanoi. The breakfast here is very good with many options. The sauna is great (very rare of hotels in the Old Quarter to have the sauna and this place has a functional one). I also enjoy a great cocktail at the rooftop bar overlooking the Lake. My room is spacious enough and the bed is very comfy. In summary, a very good stay and wonderful experience. The location is excellent so I can literally travel easily for work and business.

Pleasent two night stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the Huc Bridge and is easy walking distance to the many attractions in the old quarter and French quarter of Hanoi. The room was quite large for the price. There was a beautiful balcony with plants and views of the other hotels in the area. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
