５部屋中一部屋が残念ながら喫煙可能であったが、それはとてもニオイがきついとのことでした。今の時代喫煙可能部屋は必要でしょうか。
朝食の座席がロビーと一緒になっており、出かける際にまだ朝食タイムだと居場所がない。

Clean, nice staff, good facilities, practical location.

Cons:

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a pleasant stay.
However, after the check out, we noticed that we forgot a bag of camera films in the fridge.
As we were already on our train, we sent a message within an hour and shortly after that, after we arrived in our next Toyoko Inn hotel in Toyama the very nice and helpful receptionist even called the hotel on our behalf.
The answer: the item is not in the room.

It was a fairly large bag and I know very well that I didn't lose it on the way to the train station which is right next to the hotel, I just forgot to pack it so it was not lost, it was in the room, from which it magically disappeared within 2 hours after we left...

Maybe it was thrown out by accident, although it was a very distinct bag with the label "Film Shield" on it, but why deny the existence of it?

I am aware that the hotel is not accountable for the items that are left behind, but a few weeks earlier we even got a notification from another Toyoko in Kumamoto after we purposefully left behind something that we didn't need but could have been useful to someone and they even offered to keep it for us if we choose to pick it up.

In this hotel, things just vanish from the planet within a few hours after you leave.
