Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Der Rezeptionist bei der Ankunft hat sich sogar erfolgreich bemüht, einen Parkplatz auf dem schon belegten Hotelgrundstück freizubekommen. Das Frühstück war besonders gut und abwechslungsreich.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage, super Frühstück und die Weinbar abends war super

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation; wobei wir dann in der Görresplatzgarage für 20€ pro Tag geparkt haben; war nicht weit weg, aber bei Regen wäre das unbequem

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in tollem Hotel mit Rheinblick

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Rhein. Dies war schon was ganz Tolles.
Das Personal des Hotels stand uns stets bei Fragen und Wünschen hilfsbereit zur Seite.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einer nächsten Reise nach Koblenz gerne wieder hier buchen.
Sehr schön empfanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers individuell abzubestellen, denn dies ist wirklich nicht unbedingt notwendig.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war leider nicht ideal, aber dafür kann das Personal nichts. Ich wollte es nur mal anmerken.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage direkt an Rhein und sehr nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet . Zimmer und Bad sauber.

Cons:

Es war leider nicht mehr möglich, ab 22.00 Uhr noch in der Lobby ein Getränk zu sich zu nehmen, da keine Bar vorhanden. Licht im Badezimmer nicht ausreichend, Leuchte über dem Waschbecken fehlt. Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig - aber das wurde uns vor Anreise mitgeteilt.
