Close to the city.
Dirt room, Tv doesn't work and I asked it to change the room without success. Last time, the manage give me a room with someone occupied it. Crazy!!!

The location, the room, the staff.
Oh, this is easy. The shower is the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel or motel. The water was either scalding or freezing - but nothing in the middle. Added to that, the pressure went on and off every minute. There was no shelf or bench to put a toiletry bag and nowhere to hang a towel in the shower. Annnd...the men's bathroom door made a sound like a gunshot when it banged closed. This was heard regularly during the night. Sort these issues out, and it will be big-smile emojis all round next time.
The pub itself is good - The beer is spot on & the staff friendly & attentive.
The accommodation is bad - Rooms could be alot cleaner & bathroom facilities are basic & dirty.
Was awoken at 2am by a screaming argument between 2 trailer trash & At $70 pn Shouldn't have been surprised but I stayed there 5yrs ago & room was clean & a great night sleep but has gone down hill...Not a place I'd bring kids to stay.

Location opposite Hamilton train station and has free rear parking. Every food option within 5 minutes walk. Price is unbeatable for the area.
Rooms are decent size and beds are comfortable.
Miss not having TV. But with all sports available down stairs on massive screens its not really a problem for sports fans.
