Sad they don't do breakfast evening meals are excellent
No breakfast
Great location.
Clean bathroom.
Easy free parking nearby.
Spacious room, tea and coffee.
Wetherspoons on the opposite side of the street, it was quite loud on a Friday night, but got quieter after 10:30pm.
The town clock nearby strikes on the hour, even at night, it woke me up at night.
Hot room and open windows didn't help much.
The baby cot had a very hard mattress in it - it was as hard as the floor.
Enormous room, v clean, large comfortable bed, good decor, good value if you want to go to the Brecon Beacons
Loved the location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful
Wasn’t anything to not like but only upsetting thing was you don’t get a complimentary breakfast anymore but there is a Wetherspoons across the road which is a blessing
Nothing
The atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff.
We were disappointed not to have a cooked breakfast.
Amazing room and centrally located near a beautiful park.
A beautiful, comfortable, modern interior with super helpful staff. Special thanks to Nadine and Morgan for sorting out a place to store our motorbikes overnight. Very good breakfast and evening meal.
The hotel is on the Main Street through Tredegar which was a bit noisy on a Saturday night.
In a small town with shops and restaurants.
Clean large rooms
Free private parking
No longer provide breakfast and I wasn’t informed of this till I arrived. My booking was meant to include breakfast.
Tv didn’t work properly and only have a fire stick which took ages to load and kept shutting down.
When arrived we were told the remote in our room was lost but this was replaced.
Noice fan outside our room so couldn’t have windows open which when it’s hot it was uncomfortable and only had a small fan between two in a large room to use
Room was clean and comfortable.
Everything - bar, restaurant and even the lift, only accessible via the bar, were closed and physically locked down by 17:00. My wife has disability (arthritis in knees) and we booked because of the lift. As the lift was not available (we were going out for the evening) or the next morning my wife had no option but use the stairs. We were not advised of this.
Large and clean room.
Rooms were too hot. Breakfast NOT provided or in any way available despite being on booking.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The TV didn't work.
The breakfast was nice but minimal
Handy location, and room recently refurbished to very high standard. Does evening meals.
Original booking included continental breakast, but advised on arrival that this had been stopped the previous week and booking.com should have sent out an email advising us of this - they didn't, and indeed are still advertising this hotel with such a breakfast (as is the hotel's own website). Wetherspoon directly opposite for breakfast. Town can be noisy in the evening, but quietens down as night.
Hotel with an ideal location for Bedwellty House events just 5 minutes' walk away. A good dinner menu and a continental breakfast that's modest but includes fresh tea/coffee and toast. A cosy room, just what we needed.
Some noisy car and motorbike drivers on the main road late at night, though that isn't the fault of the hotel.
Meget billigt. Venligt personale.
På dobbeltværelset var kun et sengebord og lys ved den ene seng. Morgenmaden var simpel, men en god kaffe.
