Cool vibe in good location
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and were always available to help with any questions. The room was lovely, modern and clean. Location was perfect close to everything. There were multiple dining options on site however with so many cheaper and good options outside the hotel I would definitely go out to eat. P
It had a great vibe to the hotel though and was really cool stay.

fancy hotel, but you can't open the windows
Pros:

Super cool concept behind the hotel. Nice design overall, the room was big enough and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also super good and staff very friendly

Cons:

Room had the moquette and there is no way to open the windows, so you can't get fresh air, which after a while it is really bad.

Pros:

The room itself was clean and relatively spacious for Japan, which is the only reason this review is not even lower.

However, almost everything else was disappointing. Breakfast was included, yet every morning felt like a struggle. Guests had to wait in line and were then offered only a handful of preset choices. The selection was extremely limited, lacked variety, and fell far below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range.

The lobby was another major disappointment. Instead of feeling like a hotel, it felt more like a public co-working space. A large communal table occupied the center of the lobby, and people seemed to be working there all day and night. It created a crowded, impersonal atmosphere and completely took away the sense of comfort and relaxation that many travelers look for.

Attention to detail was also lacking. Providing toothpaste in tiny single-use sachets with barely enough for one brushing felt cheap and careless. Small details matter, and this hotel seemed to overlook them.

Clean rooms alone are not enough to justify a stay. Hospitality is about the entire guest experience, and unfortunately this property falls short in several important areas. Despite the cleanliness of the room, I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to travelers expecting a comfortable hotel experience.

The breakfast situation is a shocker..the room rate is exxy but breakfast at nearly $100 for two is not a buffet but a choice of one style of dish..which is a small tray of so so tiny fruit yoghurt and granola .weak coffee..and tepid eggs slathered in so so hollandaise and not fresh orange juice
