Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly mention cleanliness and quiet rooms (نظيف وهادئ, نظافة و هدوء, room clean). A few isolated comments reported lack of cleanliness or missing clean towels, so overall cleanliness is strong but not perfect.
Service
9.2
Service is repeatedly praised (excellent staff, حسن الاستقبال, موظفي الاستقبال رائعين, تعامل راقي). Several reviews highlight cooperative and friendly staff; occasional slow service noted but overall staff performance is excellent.
Location
9
Location near Muscat airport is frequently mentioned positively (قريب من المطار, close to MCT). Many guests emphasize convenience and proximity to transport, making location a strong point.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as comfortable, quiet and with new furniture/modern TVs (comfortable, شاشة تلفزيون ذكي). Some minor issues mentioned (heavy doors between rooms, luggage handling delays) but room comfort is generally good.
Amenities
8
Amenities include smart TVs and basic parking; however multiple reviews flag limited/insufficient parking and a small lobby (مواقف السيارات, Parking assez petit). Amenities are adequate but parking is a recurring weakness.
Value for Money
8.9
Several guests explicitly note excellent value and that the hotel is economical (Excellent value for price, فندق اقتصادي). Given price-to-service/cleanliness balance, value scores high.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is often described as good and varied by many guests, but a few mention limited variety or a breakfast problem on one day (الافطار جيد, عدم تنوع وجبة الإفطار, Today breakfast was a problem). Overall positive but some inconsistencies.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment across reviews is very positive (استثنائي, اقامة رائعة, شكرا لكم). Many guests recommend the hotel and plan to return, indicating a strong overall experience despite a few operational issues.
