Pros:

I didn't get the rest I needed due to temperature problem, see comment below.

Cons:

Window opened only 5cm, not enough to get sufficient fresh air in. AC was limited to 22°C.
I begged twice to open the window for me, was denied "due to safety reasons". It was too warm for me to sleep well.

Pros:

Beau, bien aménagé et confortable. Spacieux et agréable.

Cons:

Les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnaient pas bien, plusieurs locataires se sont retrouvés bloqués dehors. Sans service de réception sur place, et des interlocuteurs au téléphone ne sachant pas résoudre le problème… heureusement que le restaurant en bas des appartements avait le pouvoir de nous aider (mais uniquement pendant ses horaires d’ouverture ce qui pose un sérieux problème la nuit quand on ne peut pas rentrer dans son apparement).

Cons:

La gestione esclusivamente tramite app. Non c'è una reception. L'utilizzo della app per l'apertura delle porte non funziona bene. Per avere le tessere di accesso c'è un distributore automatico. Ma. l'informazione di questa opzione è scritta all'interno della camera e, se non entri, come fai a saperlo ? dovrebbe essere segnalata nella app.

Apartamento muy limpio y bien equipado, sin poder controlar el aire ac y mucho ruido del gym
Pros:

Limpieza impecable. Sin duda, el punto más destacado de la estancia.
Apartamento muy bien equipado: cafetera, hervidor, frigorífico grande, cocina con horno y lavavajillas.
Todo estaba bien cuidado y en muy buen estado.
El personal intentó ayudar proporcionando un ventilador cuando reportamos el problema de temperatura.

Cons:

El principal problema ha sido la temperatura de la habitación. Aunque el sistema indicaba 23 °C, la sensación térmica era claramente superior. No es posible controlar el aire acondicionado ni modificar la temperatura, algo difícil de entender en un alojamiento de estas características. Contactamos con atención al cliente y nos confirmaron que no podían hacer ningún ajuste. Además, aunque la habitación tiene varias ventanas, ninguna de ellas se puede abrir salvo una, que solo permite una apertura de menos de 10 cm, insuficiente para ventilar adecuadamente la estancia. La única solución ofrecida fue un ventilador, que ayudó parcialmente pero no resolvió el problema.
En la cuarta planta se escucha música muy alta procedente del gimnasio contiguo durante las tardes, algo especialmente molesto si se necesita descansar después de un viaje. También contactamos con atención al cliente por este motivo, pero nos indicaron que no podían hacer nada al respecto.
La aplicación para abrir las puertas falla con frecuencia. Tuvimos que recurrir a las tarjetas físicas para acceder al edificio y a la habitación.
Solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y no dejaron uno de repuesto.
Tampoco había papel de cocina, a pesar de que sí se proporcionaban otros elementos como estropajos y lavavajillas.

It was a good stay all in all, it’s clean, nice, but I find it expensive for what it has to offer.
Pros:

I liked the fact that it’s pretty close to the subway and you could go pretty fast to where you want in the city.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they didn’t have slippers.
I didn’t like the breakfast. Very few variety and one morning, the omelette was smelling bad.

Quality accommodation
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice. Good cooking facilities in the room. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Quick ride on Metro in to town centre. Evening meal availability with good choices and well cooked.

Cons:

Door entry app didn't work for our room. Was able to get card from machine but the machine in the restaurant was always out of order.
