A wonderful place to stay in Helsinki! Everything was excellent—from the initial communication to arrival, the welcome, the service, and even the check-out. We were very pleased!
The room was lovely and cozy, equipped with everything needed, and offered a wonderful view of stunning sunsets; the housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably tidy.
The hotel itself is very modern and spacious, featuring plenty of areas to sit and work, as well as a bar, restaurant, spa, and sauna.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food that was constantly replenished; the service was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and eager to help.

Itsepalvelu kirjautuminen , mielestäni maksan palvelusta , huone todella pieni
Aamiainen ei erikoinen ja itse viet astiat pois jotenkin kummaksun tätä itsepalvelukulttuuria . Maksan palvelusta .
Spa osaston lattiat todella liukkaat samoin saunassa lauteet älyttömän liukkaat

Hiljainen, viihtyisä hotelli, aamupala hyvä,hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Huone oli pieni mutta toimiva.

Folding a table out of a bed was a surprise
The dishes in the room were not clean. Also more guidance on the parking near the hotel would be welcome. I know 2 hours (with a clock) is local rules. But it would be helpfull of that would be clearly explained

Molemmat lavuaarit olivat tukossa.
Aamiainen oikein hyvä, plussaa riittävän isoista mehulaseista ja munakokkelista.
Wellness-osasto oli mukava lisä.
Huoneiden kylppäreiden lavuaarit olivat liian pienet, koko lattia lainehti käsienpesun jälkeen.
Wellness-osastolla tulisi olla henkilökuntaa opastamassa käyttäjiä ja pelkkää baaria käyttävien vieraiden haahuilua kylpijöiden keskellä tulisi rajata. Saunan rentouttava vaikutus häviää kummasti, kun joku utelias avaa oven (täysissä pukeissa) pelkästään pällistelläkseen miltä sauna ja saunojat näyttävät. Allasisastolta olisi voinut myös laseja kerätä tehostetummin, illalla näkymä oli jo hiukan epäsiisti.
