this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

شكراً لإدارة وموظفين الفندق على حسن الاستقبال وشكراً
Pros:

موظفوا الاستقبال في قمه الرحابه معاونون إلى ابعد حد
الشقق واسعه ويوجد فيها مطبخ متكامل وغساله أطباق
يوجد قريب منه الخدمات مثل السوبر ماركت والمطاعم
قريب 15 دقيقه عن سنتر أمستردام
يوجد تكييف متوسط البروده

Cons:

الشقه ذو غرفتين وصاله لا يوجد خصوصية يعني لا يوجد ابوب بينهم

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Está cerca de la estación de tren y de las paradas del resto del transporte público. El barrio es tranquilo y hay supermercados en la zona.

Cons:

Las toallas y las mantas tenían manchas.

Great location, comfortable for a short stay
Pros:

The location was great. The accommodation was the right size for our group. I appreciate being able to drop off luggage early.

Cons:

The dishwasher did not work. I do not think the quality of stay was worth the price.

Pros:

Staff very friendly help a lot to afford another kid cott, excellent breakfast room includes a lot of stuff for daily use

Cons:

The mattress was dirty and the bed wasn't that comfortable but it's OK for the 2 nights.
Despite reserving the xl room was a bit hard and tight with the 2 kids, the size if the room was excellent but seem need to change how it divided and the corridor was tight make it harder to move with the luggage

Fint hotel i godt område. Gåafstand til det meste.

Cons:

Der blevet ikke gjort rent under opholdet. Det skal man selv give besked om. Samme med håndklæder.
Det er rart når man bor fire i et hotelværelse, at der løbende gøres rent. Morgenmad var ikke buffet, men udvalgte ting man kunne bestille fra menukort. Ud over dette kostede det ekstra. Det fremgik ikke af hotelbeskrivelsen.

Pros:

The room was big enough to my family which was good. There is a nice turkish restaurant near the hotel.

Cons:

The service was not good in collecting the luggages nobody help us and the way for the trolley was very difficult and the lifts were small. The breakfast was normal and my family didn’t like it and i pay much money for it. There was not cleaning service which was realy bad and if we want to have this service we need to pay 75 euro per night which is very expensive. We don’t like the behavior of the staff in sometimes.
Regarding the rooms the beds were not comfortable at all and the blankets were not clean really upset from this point.
The bathroom was really bad and the shower also was very bad.

Pros:

The great room. The bus stop is just around the corner, and the train to downtown is only a 20-minute ride. If you’re not in a rush, there’s a little district outside the building where you can explore. Great for families to stay in.

Cons:

I wish there was air conditioning. When we first entered our rooms, it was quite hot, and there was a persistent smell throughout our stay. Air conditioning or fans would have helped eliminate the smell. We tried to open the windows to help get rid of the smell but they were secured with a rope for safety reasons, so you could only open them about 2 inches.
