No es un hotel
Pros:

Cerca del pabellón de Gwandeokjeong. A 25m en autobús del aeropuerto con varias tiendas 7-eleven. Hay lavadora en la habitación pero el detergente hay que pagarlo, es como un apartamento pequeño

Cons:

No es un hotel, por mucho que lo ponga en el nombre. Es como si una persona tuviese varias de las viviendas unipersonales del edificio y las alquilase como si fuesen habitaciones de Airbnb. Por ejemplo:
Hay lavadora en la habitación pero el detergente hay que pagarlo aparte, si quieres colgar la ropa mojada tienes que pedir un tendal en "recepción", siempre y cuando esté disponible y no lo esté usando otra persona.
Te piden que una vez te marches saques la basura y la dividas en los contenedores que hay en el patio trasero, así como limpiar todos los platos y utensilios de la habitación que hayas usado.
Te da un total de cuatro toallas muy pequeñas, nada más. Si consideras que necesitas más se las tienes que pedir a parte. A mayores, una vez te marchas, te pide que le bajes las toallas usadas y se las dejes en "recepción".
Hay multitud de notas escritas a mano por todos lados para indicarte como hacer las cosas en vez de tener personas contratadas para poder atender a los huéspedes.
En definitiva, es una persona gestionando un grupo de Airbnb's que están todos en el mismo edificio, no un hotel

空間很大，有洗衣機廚房和大冰箱，房間和廁所都有對外窗，很舒適。

Cons:

毛巾老舊，感覺不太乾淨。
窗簾遮光度不好，早上會被亮醒，習慣早起的人就不用擔心。

Very appreciated the help from the receptionist. All's good here.
Pros:

Such a gentle and friendly woman to welcome me at the reception and pick up the keys. I asked for some helps and recommendations, she was always doing her best, very appreciated.
The room was great, the view from the window was nice, bed comfy, bathroom great.

Comfortable apartment style hotel
Pros:

I liked the studio apartment set up and having a small kitchen which gave the options to prepare some simple meals as well as visiting the traditional market which is very close by on foot. The room was clean and comfortable and it was good to have a washing machine availiable. The hotel is close to a bus stop making it easy to travel around Jeju.

Cons:

An improvement would be the installation of a mosquito screen in the bathroom.
