Don't stay here, we don't want it to get too popular, it's perfect
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful building from the entrance to the rooms. The lobby with the free lending library of speakers, games, coffee and kitchen tools etc not to mention the excellent record collection. Every detail attended to, every wall, floor, door and light was well chosen and created a calm aesthetic to match the incredible Buddhist temple opposite. The staff were lovely, polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Everything had been considered.
Our family had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay at any of their sites if 20 Pieces is anything to go by.

Pros:

Kleine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Kyoto . Zu Fuss 5 min vom Bahnhof entfernt . Unbedingt das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tempel buchen .
Freundliches Personal und ganz viel Sachen die einem an der reception zur Verfügung gestellt werden .

Pros:

地點很好，距離京都車站只有5-10分鐘路程，途中會經過Yodobashi跟唐吉訶德，十分方便。
家電設備應有盡有，對於家庭出遊十分方便。
房間隔音非常優秀，就算緊臨烏丸通，一樣安靜舒適。
員工相當親切。

Cons:

房門內感應燈無法關閉，導致在睡覺時有人翻身就會不斷亮起，需要貼起來避免感應。可以考慮在B房型的下層增設窗簾。

Pros:

入住當天，櫃檯工作人員面帶笑容非常熱情，其中一位會說中文的小姐，讓我們倍感親切有回到家的感覺，真好！
床也很好睡，整體都很滿意！

住的房型B對面是「東本願寺」，景色很美，距離yodobashi很近，附近也有唐吉柯德、許多餐廳，到京都駅也方便，可以看到京都塔

Lo mejor su localización, a 10 minutos caminando desde la estación principal de Kyoto, y frente a uno de los templos más grandes en extensión. Camas cómodas a pesar de ser literas. La amabilidad del personal siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Café de cafetera disponible por las mañanas. Disponibilidad de lavadora y secadora, muy conveniente para varios dias y calor. Todo genial.

Cons:

No tenemos pega con ninguna cosa.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Very spacious room with great beds and bathroom. Very well located near the station but without any noise and with great views over a temple. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All types of nice details for their guests (resto guide, turntable and records that you can borrow etc…)

Juste parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique proche de la gare, de nombreux équipements sont disponibles à la demande. Le personnel est très accueillant. Tout était très propres. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel sans problème !

Modern, huge rooms with sunken lounge and awesome fit-out. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The room is STUNNING, super modern, clean, interesting layout, great lighting and so nice to have a lounge to hang out on in a room. I wish more natural light came into the room, but that's the only tiny little thing I wish was different. This is really a fantastic room, space and location.

Cons:

The laundry facilities are not in the room and need to be upgraded, thought the washer and dryer were a little old and small.
