Pros:

Beds were comfortable, staff restocked water and sweets daily, bathtub was lovely, air conditioning worked well, breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Staff noticed we ordered salmon daily and offered Taiwanese breakfast options so that we pescatarian/ vegetarian had varied options. Lounge had free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages every afternoon and evening. A few water filters available throughout the building.

Cons:

Fitness center a bit small, but connected to rooftop balcony and had filtered water.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. My wife forgot a small bag containing her air pods, a Mont Blanc pen and some medication. Although we had already left the city, the staff at Joho reached out immediately and forwarded the bag (at their expense) by overnight courier to our next hotel.
