Pros:

Beste Lage für touristische Zwecke.
Fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar,öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Parkgaragen auch in der Nähe-Vorsicht Preise vergleichen .
Ruhig da das Hotel im Innenhof ist,trotz Restaurant an der Straße.

Die Lage ist enfach super, mitten im lebendigen holländischen Viertel und dennoch total ruhig.
Cons:

Leider hat das Türterminal am Hotelzugang "gesponnen". So konnte ich zunächst das Haus nicht betreten. Zufällig anwesende Gäste können das bezeugen, wie auch eine zum Hotel gehörige Dame, die nach einer Weile hinzukam. Sie sprach zwar kein Deutsch, bat mir jedoch an mir Schlüssel auszuhändigen, was ich gerne annahm.

Alles in allem hab ich mich in Apartment und in Potsdam sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage; behagliches Ambiente, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Duschhalterung/Duschkopf, nicht Fixierbar. durch die Innenhof Situation zum Zimmer wirken Gespräche der Nachbarn in normaler Lautstärke schon störend. Erst recht, wenn der griechische Nachbar noch nach Mitternacht dort telefoniert.

Sehr gute Basis für eine Städtetour in Potsdam – empfehlenswert
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Potsdam. Zentral und ruhig. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist nicht groß, aber modern ausgestattet. Genug für ein paar Tage.

Cons:

Das Apartment war nicht sehr sorgfältig geputzt. Leider ist das parken in der Stadt ziemlich teuer.
