Het hotel was mooi schoon en lag perfect bij het centrum. Ook parkeren kan ik een parkeergarage op 1 minuut lopen.

Cons:

Het uitchecken was nogal bijzonder. We gingen sochtends nog even wat ontbijten in het centrum en waren om 9.45 terug terwijl we om 11.00 moesten uitchecken. Toch waren schoonmakers al met onze kamer bezig em konden we er niet meer in, terwijl we nog helemaal niet hadden uitgecheckt. Bij het uitchecken hebben we dit aangegeven maar er werd op gereageerd alsof het de normaalste gang van zaken was.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir mit dem uns zugeschickten Code nicht einchecken. Wir haben versucht bei zwei verschiedenen Telefonnummern anzurufen. Es meldete sich niemand und wir wurden auch nicht zurückgerufen. Das geht nicht.

Located in front of the art museum in Munster and a few steps from the main attractions, this is a good choice for a short stay. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast.

Hat gut gepasst und wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist extrem gut und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Sehr schönes und modernes Bad mit japanischem WC.

Cons:

Morgens war der Roomservice im Haus recht laut, da könnte man etwas vorsichtiger / leiser agieren. Dann hätten wir noch besser und etwas länger geschlafen....

Pros:

Heel vriendelijke bediening.
Verzoeken om aanvulling van thee/koffie of gerechten werden onmiddellijk ingewilligd.

Really great hotel, in fantastic central location, spotlessly clean & comfy.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the centre of the city and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and staff when we needed them were very friendly and helpful - we arrived late so did the self check-in, and only spoke to the staff on check-out when we stored out bags there. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there were cafes practically outside serving breakfast and coffee.
