Nice location, modern and very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff at the reception was very attentive and welcoming. Modern hotel at a good location and good price!

Cons:

We had 2 rooms and unfortunately one of them had a very strong humid stench. We later saw black spotting on the walls. Some of the guests were loud until late in the night

Una estancia perfecta
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor. Tanto las habitaciones como las áreas comunes se encuentran impecablemente limpias y bien cuidadas. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, brindando un servicio excelente durante toda la estancia.

Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra a pocas cuadras del centro, lo que permite desplazarse fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y volvería a hospedarme en este hotel en futuras visitas.

Good just don't make noise
Pros:

Reception was amazing, the facilities are impeccable and the hotel is pretty. Our room was clean, big and with a fireplace, we couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

Two things: place is small and the receptionist went onto my room at night to ask us to be quiet; couldn't handle it out since I have a baby and they tend to be loud, it was beyond my control. Also, if you get hot like I usually do, ask for a fan, we went is summer and the room was extremely warm.

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho, es la primera vez que visitamos Tapalpa y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en este lugar, habitación pequeña pero cómoda y cumple con lo necesario, muy cerca del centro pudimos ir y volver caminando 👍🏼
