Great value for money if you need somewhere to stay overnight in the city.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in an excellent location with everything in walking distance, you won't find better for the price.

Cons:

When we went down and sat in the lobby for a drink prior to going out for dinner, none of the tables had been cleared away. Even when we moved the dishes to another table, the staff did come and collect them however didn't wipe the tables down leaving crumbs and water from the drinks. However, the room was very clean though.

Breakfast was vast & looked great. The orange juice needs to be fresh squeezed not the juice you had on offer.
The poched eggs were very basic, I was looking so looking forward to a special recipe but was just a standard. Still good but was really looking forward something special.

Not the hotel, but drop on/off can be an issue when there is no clear sign / instruction written for valet parking

It was really good. It’s always good every time I stay
Pros:

The Heated pool, sauna, steamroom and the breakfast and the staff are really nice too.

Cons:

The pool closing at 9pm. It should be available all hours, to me anyway haha

Pros:

Poor experience

Cons:

Room size for 3 people was poor. Additionally, we were advised that parking was free by staff, and when we arrived were told the opposite. No apologies or offerings, simply directed to paid parking. Disappointing given this was for a friends birthday.

This is a good hotel, but some of the staff need better training
Pros:

The location

Cons:

the 1st room I had, which was a disabled room, the show hot water was regulated to a temp of about 41 deg C. The attitude of the night duty manager when I complained. The fact that the condiments - tomato sauce containers etc at breakfast looked like they had taken them straight from the kitchen and they couldn't find any nice containers for them. There was a lot of chipped crookery.

Pros:

I loved the room it was very modern and nice. The view was beautiful. The space of the bedrooom was spacious.

Cons:

The shower could’ve been nicer. Or had a curtain and the water was going everywhere because yeh floor was flat with a drain.

Pros:

The mattress was 10/10 comfortable and the highlight of the hotel

Cons:

No slippers, no bottled water, no mini bar. The $45 buffet breakfast was not good value.
