Pros:

Good location for doing things in and around the city, and easy to get back to from other parts of Perth. We were looking for an affordable option for our family of 4 - good value during school holidays. Good showers (although poor ventilation) and comfy beds. Decent enough gym.

Cons:

Carpets looked pretty dirty and didn’t look like they were vacuumed during our stay - both in the hallways on our level (7) and our room. Kids loved the pool but the area wasn’t maintained at all. Lots of used bandaids and pieces of gum around the deck area which was pretty gross and no pool towels available. All the documentation via booking.com and hotel communication said there way a $100 room bond (totally fine) but was charged $200 on arrival. No microwaves in room and manager wouldn’t microwave anything for us for our kids so wouldn’t recommend if you need a microwave. Picked the hotel because it had a high cleanliness rating but wouldn’t say it stood up to this.

We had a great time. Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Happy with most things. will stay again.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were kept tidy. The hotel is very central to all the city's attractions.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average. Had all the selections but the quality was not there. One example that stood out was the Worcestershire sauce that was mostly water.
