Really liked any many aspects of this top line hotel .
Pros:

Good location , good areas to meet and greet friends etc .
Really special restaurant Miss Mi , and good service staff .

Cons:

Think they should maybe get bar staff some extra support at predicted peak times , happy hour .

Lovely comfortable room and facilities - great city centre location.

Cons:

The front desk staff were understaffed.
The main foyer and bar area played music that was unnecessarily loud during the day - this was intrusive for those working during business hours

No good food or deserts, after10pm, I paid $65 each for breakfast everything was cold the bacon was raw and I had to wait half an hour for two poached eggs, and the staff just looked stressed, no thank you or your welcome, just stressed, there was also a commotion in the foyer which had police outside and security in the foyer trying to sort things out. When I asked where are my eggs, the chef replied quite rudely what is your table number I turned around and told him there is no numbers on the tables if you can tell me what number that table is over there you've done better than me.

The staff are amazing and incredibly accommodating. A special mention to the front desk team, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a tidy, well located hotel with lovely facilities & nice staff.
Pros:

The rooftop pool & sauna were sensational. I would book the place again just to relax at the pool area.

Cons:

On the weekend it was a lil noisy at night. I could hear the people partying in the street still at 4am Sunday morning.
