Exceptional stay
Pros:

Clean and Housekeeping was done everyday.Shops and eatery are walking distance and practically very near.Almost everything needed was nearby walking distance.Lift waiting time was good.Customer service was great and the food in the hotel restaurant below was awesome and the staff were exceptional..Absolutely nothing to complain and my kids loved the hotel stay..

Cons:

Heated pool not heated.
Television stopped working 2 had to call maintenance to reset it.
We found Old malteser chocolates under bed upon checkout when did final sweep of room. Not cleaned properly. We did not eat those chocolates on our stay.

It was pleasant and I would like to stay again, however the room air was stale with no ventilation.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was nice, great location and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The room was too hot. The air condition didnt seem to work. The bathroom had no ventilation and got steamy.
