A good comfortable hotel accommodation option.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in Perth CBD, however not many restaurant option close by.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We opted for valet parking which was very convenient and saved us a headache of finding parking for a hire-car.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room was not cold and didn’t chill anything. We asked the staff but they were unable to provide a solution on the night.
We were only there one night, so not too much of a problem. I would suggest that Hotel staff ensure all of the amenities in the room are in good working order for their guests.

good hotel but can be better
Pros:

gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Free water at the lobby. staff were pleasant.

Cons:

rooms had no writing table for me to do work. Was given a handicapped room where there were only shower curtains and the floor was always wet in toilet after a shower. There was a smell also in the room which could not be removed as windows could not open.

Had a concert at RAC arena, walking distance from hotel and made everything soo much easier plus parking.
