The property is in a fantastic location and very walkable to get to the river, city, bars and restaurants
The property seemed to be a bit worse for wear. Lots of damage to the walls in the hallways. Potentially used as a party venue after a night out in town.
The parking was a nightmare. We paid for valet parking which was $50 per night. When getting the car from valet we were told to call 10 minutes ahead so they had time to get the car. Out of the 25+ times we tried contacting reception from the room, we got through once. When attending reception to get the car from valet parking it was sometimes 30 minutes by the time we made it to the front of the line and got the car.
The pool was supposed to be heated and was a factor when booking as it was winter. But the pool heating was broken.

Poor facilities pool closed nothing on the website gave manager time to respond but nothing back.

This is my favourite hotel ever but I wasn’t aloud to check in due to the hotel not receiving the payment from the third party

helaas weinig lactose/strik zuivel vrije of vegan opties. ik zou op zijn minst plantaardige yoghurt en melk verwachten. helaas ook geen vers fruit zoals besjes of frambozen voor in de yoghurt.
Location was excellent. Close to public transport and restaurants
We were allocated a disabled suite and using the shower was not enjoyable - water splashed over a wide area, the water temperature not hot enough and the pressure low.
