Relative good location and price. Big space of you don't mind no lift.
Pros:

No lift. Not good with heavy luggages

Easy and accessible!
Pros:

Really great location that was close to the busy centre without being caught with lots of noise or traffic!
Very easy check-in process and the overall room was nice to a little tightly sized for four people in Osaka. Facilities were nice and clean, great value!

Cons:

The door lock has this weird thing on it that if it falls out, it will signal an alarm that can't be turned off without calling S-Presso themselves. It wasn't attached properly in our room, and so the alarm went off as you can imagine.
The rubbish bin is okay for 2-3 people for a few days, but with the amount of plastic we encountered in Japan, we had to use a few bags ourselves to fill the overflow. Maybe empty the bins every 2nd day or so?

Pros:

Fiz reserva para cinco pessoas e foi oferecido dois quartos, o que foi ótimo, no entanto, o local para tomar banho ficamos em apenas um dos quartos, assim como geladeira, fogão e mesas. O outro quarto tinha apenas as camas e um vaso sanitário com pia.

Cons:

Do relatado acima. Não ter um banheiro dentro do quarto, apenas o vaso.

It's spacious,clean and comfortable, location not too bad, quite near to train station too.

Abbiano soggiornato in un appartamento al primo piano, molto carino e spazioso. Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione, efficiente e silenziosa.
Abbiamo dormito benissimo, il letto era davvero comodo!
