The location

I didn’t like the open concept of the bathroom. The room is extremely small. If I knew it was an open bathroom concept, I wouldn’t have booked to stay here. The photos ok the booking page does not show it or was not indicated. We also did not have any sunlight as the window facing inside the property. With a small room, we couldn’t fit our luggages as the space was tight. There’s no ventilation therefore when you use the bathroom, you smell it straightaway. It didn’t work for us as a family especially with our teens because there’s no privacy for changing clothes. If I had more information prior to booking it that would have been great as this design concept doesn’t work for us.

Pros:

Clean, spacious room. We had breakfast included which was very good and convenient considering most places don't open until 11am. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The location is perfect! Walking distance to train station and shopping district/restaurants. Also very quick and easy to get an uber or taxi directly out the front of the hotel.

Pros:

the breakfast has very limited western options, and all the breads are kept in a seperate area so we didnt find them until last day.

Pros:

Не во всех 5 звездах отелях европейский завтрак. Здесь очень хорошо с детьми отдыхать. Есть хлопья, масла, и много вкусного для детей. До этого были в других отелях, очень мучались с питанием доя ребенка. Отель в самом центре Гинзы. Рядом несколько линий метро. Советую.

Servizi non all’altezza, struttura bellissima
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, rispetta gli standard di un 5 stelle Marriott. Camere molto grandi anche se fino al decimo piano affacciano letteralmente su un muro. Andrebbe indicato.

Cons:

La gestione dell’hotel non è da 5 stelle. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi durante il soggiorno che non sono stati gestiti come si sarebbe dovuto. Mi sono tagliata il piede con la porta della doccia e non avevano neanche il disinfettante.

Gli orari di ristorante e buffet non sono occidentali (chiudono molto presto - la cena ultimo ordine alle 21.30) e vengono maniacalmente rispettati. Siamo arrivati alle 21.35 e non ci hanno fatto entrare. Cosa molto tipica giapponese ma, trattandosi di una catena internazionale pensavamo che venisse gestita come in tutte le altre parti del mondo.

Abbiamo infine trovato una valigia aperta con alcune delle cose che erano all’interno per terra, neanche piegate. Fatto molto grave gestito mandandoci in camera la responsabile dello staff che ha voluto che le spiegassimo l’accaduto e si è scusata. È rimasto comunque un fatto molto grave.
