Perfect stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Great location easy walk to old town, shopping streets and great restaurants. Walking into the hotel feels like you have stepped into an oasis of calm after the craziness of Hanoi. Staff were amazing- friendly, polite and welcoming- couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Pool and rooftop bar amazing and breakfast was sensational. So much choice of delicious food.

Pros:

Our stay at Peridot Grand Luxury Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a fantastic variety, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Ideal location for exploring Hanoi
Pros:

The service is the best. So is the location. Everything you want is right here. The staff literally go out of your way to help with everything and anything. They even work after hours. Note: please tip them well!

Cons:

The views from lower floors is… not ideal. But it’s the old quarter, C’est la vie! Didn’t impact the experience.

Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was sensational with plenty of variety, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at Peridot. The staff were definitely the highlight everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. They really made the stay feel special.

The location is excellent too. It’s close enough to walk to all the main attractions in the Old Quarter, but still feels nice and relaxed when you get back to the hotel.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Breakfast had a great selection and everything I tried was fresh and tasty.

Overall, I think it’s fantastic value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I
