Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi with a family but also being able to relax as well
Pros:

The staff were always very friendly (Jess from Guest Relations was great - regularly checking in and ensuring our stay was upto our expectations) & the rooms were comfortable (the beds especially). The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter. The pool and roof bar were really nice too. And the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with good hot and cold options as well as Tea & Barista made coffee free to order.

Great place to be in the centre of Hanoi with attentive staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and perfect location in the middle of the centre. Staff was very nice and attentive, especially Jess (Guest Relation Officer). Great city view from the rooftop bar.

Cons:

You shouldn’t order Quesadillas Chili Con Carne at the rooftop bar. You will get a Roastbeef sandwich instead ;)
