Tout était parfait.
Avant notre voyage, le personnel était très disponible pour nous écrire dans la messagerie et nous conseiller.
Pendant notre séjour, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Étant arrivés très tôt le matin, nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre en avance, et Tina s'est rendue disponible sur WhatsApp pour nos moindres questions et demandes, merci mille fois à elle, ainsi qu'aux attentions spéciales pour notre lune de miel.
Nous sommes partis à 5h du matin et avons eu le droit à un petit déjeuner à emporter et même à un petit cadeau souvenir.
La chambre était spacieuse, et surtout, la literie était tout bonnement incroyable : un nuage. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux, avec une variété de propositions très large et même des options vietnamiennes.
La piscine et le bar en rooftop très agréables.
Et l'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein vieux quartier, parfait.
Merci pour tout !!!!

Cons:

Si je devais trouver un petit quelque chose, je déplore simplement l'absence de vrais jus de fruits frais et la plutôt mauvaise qualité des viennoiseries.. Mais franchement il y a tellement d'autres choses délicieuses que c'est complètement accessoire.

The hotel staff was incredible. Everyone, especially the front desk and reservations was exceptional!! i had to make several changes in my reservation and they were very accommodating and excellent communicators . they kept me up to date with all my requests …The roof top bar / restaurant was very special and the team was also great . I felt that in all areas the employees felt the at the autonomy to make decisions on the spot .

Great hotel, great staff!
Pros:

Property was very central, gorgeous facilities and fabulous staff. The roof bar was amazing. It was our birthdays at either side of the stay and we were given gifts when we left.

Wonderful stay in Hanoi!!!
Pros:

The experience felt very luxurious. The hotel staff was very efficient and the rooms were tastefully designed. The bed was very comfortable and the space was good enough for 2 adults and1 child. The restaurant downstairs served great food. The location is easy access to many things within the Hanoi old quarter. The hotel arranged for a wonderful , safe driver to take us to Noi Bai I ternational airport. All communications were done via Booking site messaging. The process was seamless. Thank you.
