Loved this place will stay again
Pros:

Location locations location.
Train street 5mins away. We could even see them from the roof top pool

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking options and wasn’t consistent with the offering. But nice overall

Pros:

Location and staff were brilliant. Comfortable rooms and roof top pool. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. We walked from here to train street and around the lake.

Cons:

Noise from room next door when you f people returned late. BUT reception responded to my call and immediately asked them to quiet down. Reception followed up with me on check out and apologized. Front desk staff also reminded me to check for my passport before leaving. Thankful for that !!! Because I’d left in the bedside table which would have been a disaster start to our journey. The small gift shop at the entrance has lively coffee gifts and pastries. We had our own self drive car and staff helped us to park near by. They helped ease our first day in.

Would recommend to all people wishing to stay in Hanoi.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing!!! The room was very clean and modern. The restaurant included some of the best food we have tasted in Vietnam. The rooftop pool had outstanding views and was perfect to cool off . Most importantly, the staff were accomodating, helpful and genuine. The hotel was close proximity to many of the Hanoi tourist attractions as well.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, loved our stay, rooftop bar was amazing, food and cocktails were amazing. Had a frozen blueberry cocktail which was delish!
