清潔で快適でしたが、レストランのレセプショニストは失礼でさひ。
Pros:

フロントスタッフは大変感じが良くテキパキと対応してくれました。

Cons:

昼にビュッフェに行きましたが、並んでいたのに、脇に追いやられ、わたしの後方に並んでいた人が先にどんどん遠されました。後回しにされた理由を聞いたのですが、無視されましま。その様子を見ていた他のお客が注意してくれて、やっと席に着くことが出来ました。若いレセプションニストです。助けてくれた韓国人の女性も文句を言ってくれたようですが、翌日の朝ごはんを食べに行き、目があっても謝罪はなく、無視されました。

The room is clean and comfortable but don’t spend extra on the breakfast buffet.

The location is impeccable. Across the road from Coex connects you to 2 different subway lines.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel. The options were limited and some of the food was cold.

駅やCOEXセンターに近く非常に便利

Cons:

エレベーターが狭く良好客が3人でいっぱいになり、3台のみ。部屋の壁紙がよじれていて気になる。バスタブが基本ないようなので注意
朝食は非常に良いのでトータルは良いと思う

We enjoyed our stay in this convenient location close to subway, bus and convenience stores.
Pros:

We used the breakfast buffet every morning. There was a good variety of food. Liked being able to get a freshly made omelet. Very good service keeping tables cleared. Also liked that there was a laundry room. We used that.

Cons:

I think a decal with the hotel name would be good to have on the glass sliding doors (front entrance)
