Uitstekende lokatie dicht bij centrum. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, maar te weinig vers fruit.

Te weinig vers fruit in het ontbijtbuffet. Geen vers fruitsap.
Bij de omelet met ingrediënten naar keuze kreeg ik niet de keuze die ik besteld had.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super und die Hotelgarage ideal (unbedingt buchen).

Cons:

Frühstück ist OK, aber etwas sparsam. Keine Restauration im Haus.

Das Personal war fantastisch!
Wir mögen das Hotel und sind gerne dort. Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück lecker, das Personal ist sehr auf die Gäste bedacht. Es gibt im Hotel eine Leseecke, dass finde ich total sympathisch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte ein kleines MakeOver nötig, mehr nicht.

Loved Heidelberg didn’t love the place we stayed
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, no fridge, steep stairs in the room from bedroom to small lounge area, bathroom products never replaced, some used towels not replaced one day, only one bottle of fizzy water when we asked for another bottle was told we only got one bottle
