Hôtel très bien placé, agréable et calme, bon accueil
Pros:

La chambre était grande, très propre, et bien isolée phoniquement. Il y a de quoi faire du vrai café avec des capsules Nespresso. La salle de bains est grande.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Le personnel très aimable.
Le site est top très près de la vieille ville et du château.
Pas la peine de se garer dans l'hôtel si vous n'êtes pas trop chargé, le parking Am Theater est à deux pas et pas plus cher.

Cons:

Les portes coulissantes de la salle de bains, en verre et un peu bruyantes la nuit.
Les rideaux pas tout à fait occultants.

Otroligt dyrt boende med för dålig service i relation till pris.
Pros:

Läget var bra, det var nästan det enda positiva att säga om detta boende.

Cons:

Ofräscht med döda flugor i armaturerna och smutsmärken upp på väggarna. Flimrande belysning i badrummet som inte var möjlig att fixa och en dusch som lät och skramlade, var på väg att gå sönder.
Frukostservicen upplevdes som komplicerad med väntan på att få en enkel kopp kaffe.
Personalen upplevdes inte vara där för oss gäster som var där fysiskt på plats utan andra uppgifter prioriterades bland annat inkommande telefonsamtal mitt i utcheckningen.

Pros:

Location is the best! Near the main turist locations, but far enough from noise. The room was huge.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in dem die Zimmer modern und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Nespresso Maschine) sind.
Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Zudem gibt es sogar eine Parkgarage. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
