Godt hotel til den dyre side. Ærgeligt at de missede en opredning og at vi skulle bruge tid på det.
Pros:

Dejligt hotel der ligger godt til lufthavnen

Cons:

De havde glemt en opredning til min søn. Lidt kaos i lidt over 1 time og så kom der en ekstra seng inden vi skulle i seng. Personalet var super gode men jeg forstår ikke at de har kunne overse dette, når man betaler 2800kr for 1 overnatning uden morgenmad for 3 personer. Der manglede også kaffe på værelset og det virkede til at rengøringen var gået for stærkt.

Very easy walk from airport
Pros:

great location. We got in on a late flight and it was nice to walk straight to this hotel. You can access the hotel from airport and via a few walkways - all indoors!

Cons:

Prices overall in Copenhagen are high - as was this hotel.

Incredible location right by airport/train station. 24 hour reception, bar and snacks. Good buffet breakfast.

The 24 hour snacks were quite limited, and it would be good to offer some light meals as an alternative to the evening buffet.

Cons:

No floor space at all in room for 4 people. A/C wasn’t cool and thermostat didn’t change anything. Charged for early check in. Breakfast more expensive if not added at check in. These items should have been included for the price, which was not cheap. Not a welcoming travel experience.
