この次はないかな。
Pros:

大浴場があったので疲れが癒せて良かった。

Cons:

部屋が臭かった。

受付の1人の方の対応が残念でした。

設備などはよかったが、スタッフの教育不足

朝食のバイキング、浴場が2時まで空いている

Cons:

清掃スタッフにわからないことを尋ねたところ、は？と言われてた。そして言葉がタメ口、最初1人目に尋ねてわからないと言われ、責任者？みたいな人を呼ばれて2人で笑いながら話して、なひ？と言われた。外国の方だからとか関係ないと思う。自分もサービス業をしているが、外国の人もきちんと敬語は使える。
わからなくて尋ねたのに、あんな対応されたら気分良く宿泊できない。

事前決済でチェックアウトするときはカードを機械に入れるだけで終わるので受付に行かなくてすむ。

Pros:

新大阪駅東口から近かった。お部屋もバスルームもきれいでした。朝食が種類豊富で美味しかった。

Cons:

仕方ないことですが、お部屋は狭かった。スーツケースはベッドの上でしか広げられない。でも荷物が少なかったら全然大丈夫です。
