I'd stay here again
Pros:

Loved the room, could walk to train station, lots of food options at the station nearby, clean, and cleaning staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

I attempted Japanese when checking in but staff looked stern and not very welcoming so not the best arrival. But later, other staff were much kinder and I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

大浴場がある。施設が新しい。

Cons:

新大阪駅の東口には近いが、新大阪駅の構造上、電車へのアクセス(主に新幹線と御堂筋線)はあまり良くない。一方で、京都線などのアクセスは良い方ではある。

とても便利で快適で助かりました、
Cons:

早くついて、チェックインまで時間があったのですが、ロビーに座る所が少なく、外は台風🌀が近づき雨だったので、入り口辺りで立って待っていたのが、ちょっと疲れました
