We love it here specially, because people who give such warm service, quiet place, but everything needed at walking distance. Good food in the hotel, and Vy and the team took care of us and all our special requests. She bought Oat milk for us. We also rested well, place has good energy, fair price. Great for nomads like us working and resting with a gym and sauna near by and with great recommendation from Vy. Swimming pool was also great for training, the rice field view was also calming ☺️🙏 we will definitely come back here next time. Thank you!

A little Heaven close enough from the old town to explore by walk, bike or cab, but also away enough from all the noise from the most touristic area !
Stunning views onto the rice fields, beautiful building, comfortable room made for a memorable stay !
Bonus : take the breakfast, the Vietnamese meals are wonderful and served with coffee, fresh juice, yoghurt and fruit, absolutely delicious to start the day !

If you're after a relaxing, quiet reset, then this is such a good place. The rooms are so comfortable and modern (especially the bed) and waking up to views of the paddies was restorative. I liked the scene in this area during the day - the cafes in the paddies, and it's a good launchpad to the beach. Staff are so helpful, especially Vy and Vy. The pool is big and tranquil, and the free bike hire made it easy to get into town.
Just noting that the area is quiet in the evening so you'll have to venture out to town for a wider range of food choices, otherwise the room service menu is really good. Apart from this, this place is perfect. 10/10
Es war extrem sauber, das Personal war unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit und konnte auch sehr gutes Englisch. Das Essen war zudem sehr lecker und die Lage war sehr ruhig gelegen und alles war sehr ästhetisch und liebevoll eingerichtet!

Breakfast was really nice with a fair amount of variety of options. I would say it's very on par to the other hotel breakfasts at hotels I've recently stayed across Vietnam. It's a wonderfully kept property, the plants are all well attended, taking the bikes daily was easy. Rooms are spacious and really comfortable. I traveled alone without my husband and felt completely safe on the property. I loved that I could watch the sunrise across the rice paddy fields from my balcony in the morning! The place lights up at night with so much charm, it felt like a sanctuary, providing a peaceful homecoming each time I returned. Really enjoyed my stay and was great value for money.
At first it was slightly off putting being told that Grab drivers would not be able to locate the hotel well and I needed to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi (which I would have to pay in cash) but in the end, taking a Grab scooter solved everything and location is just fine! In fact I loved that we were on the edge of the rice paddy fields and I could feel the calm and openness.

Nothing, all was wonderful
Una piccola oasi tranquilla in mezzo al traffico di Hoi an. Dal nostro arrivo fino alla nostra partenza siamo stati coccolati in tutto e per tutto. Le ragazze dello staff sono dolcissime e disponibili. Piscina e camera (piano terra vista risaie) stupende. Colazione ricca: internazionale e vietnamita! Servizio lavanderia perfetto. Ha un costo medio più alto rispetto alle altre strutture ma ti danno quello che promettono :)

Solide Unterkunft mitten in den Reisfeldern und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Großzügige Zimmer und großes Bett.
Leider nicht ganz sauber. Fahrräder sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Erst nach mehrfacher Meldung, ist der verstopfte Abfluss gereinigt worden. Es wurde uns eine aus Versehen heruntergefallen Tasse mit 80k in Rechnung gestellt. Sehr viel für eine normale Tasse.
お部屋の前が緑が広がっておりとても綺麗な景色で過ごしやすかったです。また自転車を無料でレンタルできるので、車が行けないホイアンの中心部にも10分程度で行けて便利でした。スタッフの方もプランを一緒に考えてくれたりとても親切でした。ありがとうございました。
Amazing! So peaceful and clean and beautiful. Located right on the edge of rice terraces. The breakfast was fabulous.
The hotel
Is right on the edge of town. So the streets leading to the hotel are very narrow and crowded. But then as soon as you get to the hotel there is nothing else beyond. So you are right on the edge of town.
