Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Some guests praise the well-kept facilities, but at least one review explicitly notes rooms need more cleaning; minor cleanliness concerns (and a comment about shower flow) justify a slightly reduced score.
Service
10
Consistently outstanding staff and host hospitality mentioned across many reviews (friendly, helpful, complimentary transfers, room upgrades, personalised recommendations) — service is a standout feature.
Location
10
Location and position praised (views from sunset pool, close to Mykonos town, complimentary transfer/car service); multiple reviews highlight convenience and great sunset views.
Room Quality
9.3
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable and some guests received free upgrades, but a few mentions of a cheap-feeling bathroom and weak shower flow moderately lower this score.
Amenities
10
Multiple mentions of three pools, a standout sunset pool, internal transportation/transfer services and a new brasserie — amenities are frequently praised and well-maintained.
Value for Money
10
Several reviewers explicitly state the property is worth the money and praise the overall hospitality and complimentary services, supporting a top score for value.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast described as rich and a new brasserie receives strong praise, but a few notes call for improved restaurant service and one incident about breakfast access/attitude slightly reduce the rating.
Overall Experience
10
Overwhelmingly positive overall feedback — many guests call the stay perfect, highly recommend the resort and applaud the hospitality and facilities.

Everything from start to finish was incredible. Loved Aeolos resort!
Pros:

Everything from start to finish was incredible.
Transfers included from the port and to the airport, transfers into town, help with the luggage. Showing us different room options and allowing us to decide what best suited us. Thank you Panos, Angela, Kostas and Thomas specifically, but the whole team. Amazing hospitality, we were well looked after!

Cons:

Nothing. It was all fantastic.

Estadia perfeita!
Pros:

Voltaremos! Muito obrigado 🇵🇹🇬🇷❤️
