Pros:

Amazing, friendly and courteous staff who can’t do enough for you. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the resort and Mykonos.
The resort and rooms were spotlessly clean.
Free shuttle transfer to the ferry/airport

Everything from start to finish was incredible.
Transfers included from the port and to the airport, transfers into town, help with the luggage. Showing us different room options and allowing us to decide what best suited us. Thank you Panos, Angela, Kostas and Thomas specifically, but the whole team. Amazing hospitality, we were well looked after!

Nothing. It was all fantastic.

Pros:

Foi dos hotéis onde melhor me trataram na vida! Os donos são de uma simpatia e de um profissionalismo de tirar o chapéu! Tivemos um upgrade à nossa chegada e uma recepção calorosa. Hi tornaria sens dubte.
Pros:

L’habitació , sunset wing 205, va ser immillorable amb vistes úniques sobre la piscina i el mar, poguen gaudir cada cap vespre de la posta de sol amb música en directe, tot això va ser gràcies a l’encarregat Sr. Panos que ens va donar la mateixa habitació que vàrem gaudir fa dotze anys. El servei i la neteja molt correctes.

Stunning place with great views, good food options, pool bar, and amazing staff
Pros:

Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of facilities and complementary airport transfer was very useful.

Pool bar offered cocktails around €18 and a food menu. Service from the staff was always great.

We also went to the sister restaurant Novel, which had very lovely views of the sunset and food/cocktails were both delicious. Staff again were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Wasn’t an issue for us, but the hotel is located up a steep hill from the city centre. Property offers lifts down to the town but not back.
