Pros:

The facilities are kept clean, functional and reflect the feeling of tropical Vietnam. Staff went the extra mile to make my visit a truly wonderful time.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the center of Hoi An but is serviced by lots of available cabs.

Formidable
Pros:

L'hôtel a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse infinie, tout est propre, la piscine rafraîchissante et pure, le petit déjeuner est formidable. Les chambres sont impeccables. Tout fonctionne correctement. L'emplacement idéal pour aller à la plage et rejoindre Hoi An en 15 minutes de Grab. Parfait de chez parfait !

Больше всего понравилось отношение персонала. Такой теплый прием я видел редко. Хозяйка Li Na просто великолепна. Комната большая. Внутренний двор с бассейном замечательный. Завтраки очень хороши.
Отель расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от моря и в стороне от больших дорог, и в отеле тихо. Для поездки в старый город есть велосипеды (входят в стоимость). Что бы доехать до центра, требуется 20 минут. Телевизор большой и современный, мы к нему подключали ноутбук через HDMI и смотрели свои фильмы. Рекомендую всем.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab kostenlose Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Der Pool war schön, jedoch gibt es dort nur 2 kleine Liegestühle, welche wahrscheinlich schon sehr lange nicht mehr benutzt wurden.. Es gab extra Handtücher für Strand und Pool was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber. Unser Bettbezug hatte Flecken, wurde daraufhin aber gewechselt...dieser hatte jedoch auch wieder Flecken. Beim Frühstück gibt es recht wenig Auswahl, aber es hat gereicht. Die Gardinen verdunkeln das Zimmer kaum, man sieht von draußen die Lichter rein scheinen und man ist deshalb ab 5 Uhr wach.

I had a pleasant stay at this villa. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and having breakfast at the hotel was quite convenient. I also really liked that bicycles were available to use — it was a nice way to get around the area.

Cons:

There is one thing I think future guests should be aware of. My room was on the ground floor, with large windows facing the inner courtyard where the pool and reception area are located. There was often staff around the courtyard, so for more privacy I usually kept the curtains closed. I only stayed for three days, so it wasn’t a major issue for me, but I think it’s worth mentioning for anyone who values privacy and natural light.

Also, the nearest beach is currently under renovation, so it’s worth keeping this in mind if being close to the beach is important to you.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt more like guests in someone’s home than in a hotel.

Thank you so much to the whole team for being there whenever we needed anything. You helped us with every little question, gave us wonderful advice about what to see and which excursions to do, and organized everything perfectly.

The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s such a peaceful and lovely place, extremely well cared for, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach.

And of course, a very special thank you to Ly Na. She was absolutely wonderful with us, always so warm, attentive and willing to help. She made us feel truly looked after and at home, and we will remember her with so much affection.

Thank you for making our stay so special.❤️

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und alles sehr sauber. Durch den Steinboden auch kühl. Badzimmer war super Wasserdruck und total schön. Es wurde täglich die Zimmerreinigung gemacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück konnte man am Vortag auswählen. Habe verschieden Sachen genommen und es war jeden Tag perfekt.
Kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Pleasant, safe , clean. All great.
Pros:

Pleasant pool, friendly and helpful staff (for tours and taxis). We arrived on a very early bus and they checked us in at 10am which was super nice and no charge. Laundry service great value and quick- overnight!

Great relaxing stay in Hoi An
Pros:

It was a very clean and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the location near the beach and the free bikes to cycle to the city centre. The cycle is very doable and passes through amazing ricefields.
Rooms were clean and towels were provided daily. The breakfast was tasty and staff super friendly.
On the day of our arrival, we were allowed to enter our room very early. This was nice after a short sleep in the nightbus.

Cons:

Reception staff is helpful when asking questions but can be a bit pushy about offering their own tours, tailors and shops.

Pros:

Très grand logement, bien climatisé, bien équipée avec un très grand++ lit confortable. Il était au rdc donnant directement sur la piscine extérieur et ́la salle de réception. Bon petit déjeuner fait maison. Rue calme et éclairé. Personnel tres serviable. Extérieur tres bien décoré.

Cons:

Baie vitrée non insonorisée alors on peut entendre les autres clients ou le personnel.
Attention la baie vitrée du logement n'était pas fermée à clef lorsqu'on a pris la chambre alors bien vérifier.

Очень красивая вилла!!!Хозяйка добрая,веселая,со всеми вопросами помогает.Даже на кухне позволила самим приготовить свою еду на ужин.Переживала за нашу безопасть.
