Very unpleasant and exhausting experience
Pros:

Cons:

Very disappointed experience.The taxi couldn’t enter the street ,street only for pedestrians so we had to carry five suitcases 25kg about 300meters.Then we had to carry them to level 4by hand .The stuff member only help when asked not very welcoming.The room smelled strongly of mould and you could see the mould we even told the staff not very interested to help.Do not recommend to a family with kids .Level 4 is the worst and only those rooms were big.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was also amazing, with everything we needed nearby, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy the area.

A special thank you to the manager, Sinan, and Hassan, who were especially helpful, attentive, and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their care and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and an excellent location. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

There is supposed to be an elevator, but it starts from the first floor, and there are three flights of stairs between the ground floor and the elevator.

Una pequeña joya en Estambul.
Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza y amabilidad del personal.
Sinan, el chico de la recepción, fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todas mis preguntas y cosas que necesitara.

Уборка была каждый день. Персонал очень вежлив и общителен.
Pros:

Расположение. Таксим и колоритная улица Истиклял в паре шагов от отеля. Просторный номер , очень широкая кровать и внушительно высокий потолок.

Cons:

Ночь проходит , как будто ты спишь не в номере отеля , а на улице. Но это издержки расположения , от этого невозможно избавиться. Поэтому если вы чутко спите , выбирайте что то другое.

Hôtel loin de ce qui est annoncé. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui est très gênant avec les bagages. La climatisation est très bruyante et rend le sommeil difficile. Globalement, le confort et les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Hotel muy recomendable en pleno centro de Taksim
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una muy buena zona. La habitación que tuvimos (una doble con dos camas individuales) era espaciosa. Las camas eran cómodas. Y el cuarto de baño estaba bien cuidado y limpio, de igual forma que el resto de la habitación. Nos atendieron muy bien en todo momento en recepción, facilitándonos transporte y permitiéndonos dejar las mochilas a modo de consigna una vez finalizada la estancia por unas horas.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado tener una habitación más grande en la habitación. Apenas había una ventana pequeña y encima daba a un patio interior.

Pros:

Struttura centralissima, comoda sui mezzi e sui servizi della zona centrale prossima a Piazza Taksim.
Il vicolo è nella piena movida di Istanbul, anche a notte fonda, ma con le finestre chiuse il sonno è garantito.
Personale gentilissimo.
