Fantastic hotel in central Osaka!
Pros:

The property was very well located for any sightseeing that a person would want to do in Osaka. It was very clean, well appointed, and the staff were very friendly.

Bright and lovely apartment near Dotonbori
Pros:

Excellent service rendered by all the staff there, especially Wanza and Akita.
Always ready to greet with a smile and a greeting and ready to assist in any way they can.
Lovely hotel, very well equipped, spacious and bright.
Wait time for elevators were very quick
The apartment we had was a corner family one. With 2 individual beds and a bunk bed
There was a huge smart TV provided
Large dining table provided
Kitchen had all the utensils and crockery to whip up a meal
Large fridge with freezer was great
Airconditioner was very powerful
Bathroom was large with a long bath and a standing stall
Water pressure was very good too
Separate toilet with the usual bidet was nice too
Location was alright, being a few minutes walk to Yotsubashi metro station
Family mart was very close by
Restaurants were just steps away from the hotel.

Hotel coin laundry was both convenient and effective
Water dispenser was also helpful for free refills
A vending machine within the hotel came in handy as well

Only possible down side for light sleepers:-
1) footsteps from the above neighbour can be heard occasionally
2) on Saturday, revving from vehicles were loud and can be quite disturbing.

Parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour :))
Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans Osaka ( proche de la gare à pieds ). Nous n’avons quasiment pas eu besoin de prendre les transports, boutiques et restaurants accessibles à pied. La chambre d’angle et la chambre pokémon sont superbes et très confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande à 100%

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être , des chaussons dans la chambre serait un plus , et proposer un pyjama également. Du café ou thé aussi. sinon tout est parfait
