Guest Reviews
The staff and the room. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved two rooms for the same dates. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was exceptional in helping me identify and resolve the issue. Everyone at reception was helpful, attentive, and friendly.
The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to many attractions.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm and helpful service from the reception team.

We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North. The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally well set up for our family, giving us plenty of room to relax after busy days exploring Osaka. The location was excellent, with Namba’s restaurants, shopping and attractions all within easy reach.
Breakfast was convenient, fresh and enjoyable, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the thoughtful service and family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.
Maybe include breakfast in every deal?
El trato del personal es extraordinario, te apoyan en cualquier necesidad.
Falta un poco de amenidades.
Location was excellent, close to a great shopping precinct & a variety of eating options.
Great location, friendly staff, and clean room. It was very spacious for our family.
No complaints!
The staff is fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. They are the biggest asset of this hotel.
The rooms are not really comfortable. We initially had the loft room which was incredibly uncomfortable both for people sleeping on the lower level because you need to bend your back and also watch out your head, and uncomfortable for people sleeping on upper beds because the stair steps are made of metal and you have to be very careful. Thanks to the staff we got our room changed and it was a lot better. None of the rooms have any convenience of shelves to put your things on, so we ended up using the kitchen top to put things on. In my opinion it was over priced for lack of convenience.
