This is a beautiful hotel, but the service experience was shockingly bad.
The positives: the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient to many Nashville attractions. The 5th floor poolside restaurant and the rooftop bar has consistently good service - prompt and professional.
That’s unfortunately where the good service ends. Everything from check in onwards was a headache. I got to the hotel after a redeye flight and upon explaining to the front desk that my friend had checked into the room the night before, I was told that my friend needed to come downstairs to let me up to the room. I was dumbfounded, as both of our names were on the reservation, which the front desk later admitted. No further assistance was offered - not even an offer to call up to the room to alert my friend that i had arrived. To add additional context to the frustration - I had come in from the pouring rain, with my luggage, and it was very early in the morning.
The lobby restaurant was equally bad. The restaurant was maybe 20% full when I visited, but it took the waiter 20 minutes to take my order, and then I waited another 15 minutes before the waiter returned and told me that he had forgotten to put my order in.
Our stay at the hotel ended with the hotel charging us a ~$200 duplicate fee.
Great experience and stayed at this property before Caleb the Manager was very helpful and all the staff were excellent.
Bar tender in the evening was great!

Nothing. It was great!
Great location, very clean, great staff
Staff are all awesome
Beautiful hotel and view is amazing overlooking Nashville.
Good location. Clean rooms.
Nice rooftop bar.
Very manic, overcrowded arrival, lobby and check in.
Food and drinks extremely expensive. Battled to get a table at the rooftop bar every time we went. You have to queue for the lifts. Coffee was not replaced daily in the room. No firm pillows, we’re told they doing their best but were too busy and short staffed.
