Short 3 day trip for a concert that turned into a one of the best trips we have taken.
Pros:

Food was excellent as well as the service and the atmosphere. Location couldn't have been better. Close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Walking distance to all major attractions.

Cons:

Nothing! It was all wonderful! There was nothing that they could have done better. From the time we arrived until the time we left, it all exceeded expectations.

Pros:

Staff was very approachable, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The cost of the room was not worth the stay. The toilet was stopped up and wouldn't flush therefore the stay wasn't worth the price $500.

A great base for seeing Nashville. Great views, I would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel decor, lobby and position were great. The bathrooms were really nice. The vibe was perfect .
The breakfast restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. Very good offering. Prime and proper restaurant was also superb. Our best meal in Nashville

Cons:

The pool is tiny, over crowded and late afternoon when not too hot, the bar is closed so not able to get drinks and refreshments. The beds are too soft. A room for 4 of us only ever had 2-3 towels which didn’t dry and one robe so a little short on linens. The coffee wasn’t replenished either.

Ok. Wouldn’t go back as there are better, more soulful options.
Pros:

Nice modern hotel close to downtown. Pool area is nice and it’s got a decent gym.

Cons:

We paid to have a view of downtown but it wasn’t great. The position of the room in relation to the hotel itself meant the view as mostly obscured by the hotel.
