Great location and staff!
Pros:

We stayed here three nights and would book it again. It's at Nashville Yards, so close to downtown without the nighttime noise. We played a few rounds of miniature golf in the yards. The rooftoop bar is worth a visit, too; they make a great Old Fashioned.
Everyone we met on the hotel staff added to our positive experience. A manager approached us as we waited to check out and he helped expedite our departure. Bellman (Aaron?) went out of his way to provide recommendations for breafast spots within easy walking distance.

Grand Hyatt Nashville
My daughter and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for the Alan Jackson concert. My experience was less than desirable, and continues to be. It started with Valet. When the employee asked me to leave my car running. I explained that our luggage and personal items were still in the car, but the employee assured me my car would not be moved. Wrong. After checking in, we returned to get our luggage but my vehicle had already been taken to the garage. After notifying three employees, and 30 minutes later, finally, my car was returned. We get to our room, which was lovely, until when I was changing, other visitors opened the door with a key, exposing my complete naked body. Front desk, offered it was their mistake. We were offered a different room, but had already unpacked, and tired from driving. We get a $100 discount for complete strangers seeing my naked body and further making me question the security of the hotel for the remainder of the visit. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later. I continue to have an almost 2k charge on my credit card from your hotel for our stay. Please note this is in addition to the already paid stay. When I consulted Citi, they stated the charges are still a reflection of the Grand Hyatt to remove them. I picked the Grand Hyatt for reputation and safety. This has been nothing but a headache. I expected better.

Everybody was so nice almost felt like Disney land for adults lol! I will be back here whenever visiting Nashville! This hotel is 2 blocks from all the fun which is perfect at night when it gets louder outside!
