清潔感はあるが設備が残念……
Pros:

ホテルの清潔感が良かった。
フロントの笑顔や挨拶はとてもよかったです。

Cons:

エアコンから水が垂れていて布団が濡れていたのでとても残念だった。
エアコンをつけているとずっと垂れてくるので夏場は消したくても消せずずっと水が滴り落ちてきました。
ベットメイクをされる際、自分の荷物が邪魔だったのは申し訳ないが、荷物を清掃員さんが触られたと思うのですがくしゃくしゃになっていたのがとても残念。

シャワーヘッドが壊れていて繋ぎの金属の所からお湯が出て周りに飛んで使いにくかった。
エアコン、空気清浄機はホコリがたまってて掃除されていない。
清掃の方とエレベーターが同じで、大きなカゴを乗せていて私達は乗れない状態が１日に２回もあり、どうなの？と思いました。
正直、ブュッフェの朝食は美味しくない。

Pros:

チェックインより早く着いて荷物だけ預けようとしたが、チェックインさせてもらえました。
暑かったので涼しい部屋で休憩できて良かったです。
アメニティが充実していて、フェイスパックがあって嬉しかったです。

I would def book here again - and make it my last stop on the way to the airport.
Pros:

The location and easiness to get to Haneda airport. Check-out time 11am iso 10am.

Cons:

Nothing much to complain about - it was good. The surroundings and area was quiet and restful after the whirlwind of Tokyo center - but had all what you needed. Missed the usual complimentary bottle of water - so needed to go and buy some. Room a little small - but you get what you pay for.
