Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews praise rooms, corridors and water areas as very clean; one note about occasionally dirty trays at breakfast slightly lowers perfection.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as helpful, polite and quick at check-in/out; a few operational complaints (carrying amenities to rooms) but overall service is strong.
Location
9.5
Many reviewers note excellent proximity to Shin-Yokohama station, nearby shops and restaurants — convenience is a clear positive.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms described as clean, comfortable and with fluffy beds; some comments about limited space (narrow gap between twin beds) but generally comfortable.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities are reported as generally well stocked, but there are recurring operational issues (toothbrushes not left in rooms, amenities carried from front desk, lack of coin-exchange for laundry) which reduce the score.
Value for Money
9
Several guests highlight low price and good cost-performance (コスパが良い / cheap and good value), calling it 'bang for your buck.'
Food and Beverage
6
Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative feedback: described as expensive, not very tasty and limited in variety; occasional cleanliness issues with trays/dishes.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall sentiment is positive: comfortable stays, good location and helpful staff lead to high satisfaction despite some minor operational and food-related negatives.

Pros:

Cons:
